Ни пяди земли и ни одного уступка Азербайджану, Турции, Америке (какой-либо частной компании) или кому-либо другому — никогда! Более того, все, что было ими захвачено, должно быть полностью освобождено. Никакого “Зангезурского коридора” и никому из вас, и всё!

Руководители всех государств слушайте меня и зарубите на носу: государственные интересы ваших стран для нас заканчиваются там, где начинаются государственные интересы нашей страны, нашей Святой Армении, и всё! Государства, которые посягают на независимость и суверенитет Армении, особенно на территориальную целостность Сюника, будут уничтожены.

Только с оружием возможно спасти, восстановить и защитить территориальную целостность, независимость и суверенитет Армении. Только с оружием должен защищаться армянин, и всё!

Я взял и буду брать в руки оружие, чтобы уничтожать всех врагов моей Святой Родины.

Для защиты моей Родины, моей Церкви, моего Государства, моей Семьи и моего Народа мне не нужны ни законы, ни приказы.
