Ադրբեջանը չի բացառում, որ ահռելի փոխհատուցում կպահանջի

Ներկա փուլում Հայաստանի կողմից Ադրբեջանին փոխհատուցման վճարման հարցը հայ-ադրբեջանական բանակցությունների քննարկման առարկա չէ։ Այս մասին գերմանական պարբերականին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը։ Վերջինս կրկնել է բոլոր թեզերն ու նարատիվները, պահանջները Հայաստանից։ Բայց ամենաուշագրավը հենց փոխհատուցումների վերաբերյալ դիտարկումն է։
Ըստ Հաջիևի՝ ադրբեջանական կողմը համապատասխան գնահատական է տալիս երկրին պատճառված վնասին։ «Օկուպացիայի ընթացքում Հայաստանը ամբողջությամբ ավերել է ադրբեջանական քաղաքներն ու գյուղերը։ Մեր տարածքների օկուպացիայից ազատագրումից հետո ՄԱԿ-ի մեթոդաբանության համաձայն իրականացվել է մեզ պատճառված վնասի համապարփակ գնահատական։ Այս գնահատականի համաձայն՝ մեր երկրին պատճառված ընդհանուր վնասը մոտենում է 150 միլիարդ դոլարի», - ընդգծել է նա։
150 միլիարդ դոլարը պատահական չէ։ Ամիսներ առաջ Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետ Սամիր Շարիֆովը ՄԱԿ-ի զարգացման ֆինանսավորման համաժողովում հայտարարել էր, թե Ադրբեջանի կառավարական հանձնաժողովի գնահատականով՝ այդ ժամանակաշրջանը Ադրբեջանին հասցրել է 150 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլարի վնաս։
Վտանգավորը, թերևս, «ներկա փուլում» ձևակերպումն է, ինչը վկայում է, որ փոխհատուցման հարցը ինչ-որ փուլում քննարկվել կամ քննարկվելու է։ ՀՀ իշխանություններն էլ նման զարգացման ասին ոչինչ չեն խոսում։ Իսկ նման ահռելի կոնտրիբուցիա պահանջելը ծանրագույն հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ։ Փոխհատուցումը կարող է տրվել նոր տարածքներով, կամ էլ ՀՀ-ն դառնա Ադրբեջանի պարտապանը՝ դրանից բխող բոլոր հետևանքներով։
Սա ևս մեկ փաստարկ է, թե ինչու է անհրաժեշտ օր առաջ հեռացնել թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի խամաճիկը դարձած Փաշինյանին։
