Օրերս անդրադարձել էի վերջին շրջանում ՀՀ տարածքի գազալցակայաններում հեղուկ գազի արժեքի սրընթաց աճին։ Այս օրերին մեր հայրենակիցները ստիպված են հեղուկ գազի 1 լիտրի դիմաց վճարելու 200 դրամ և ավելին։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ «հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանը։
«Մրցակցության պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովից հայտնում են, որ 2025 թվականի հուլիսին հեղուկ գազի գների բարձրացումը պայմանավորված է եղել մի շարք հանգամանքներով, որոնցից է սեզոնայնությամբ պայմանավորված՝ պահանջարկի մեծացումը, ինչն էլ գերազանցել է առաջարկը։
Սա ինձ համար անհասկանալի և անտրամաբանական մեկնաբանություն է, քանի որ, սովորաբար, ամռանը նկատվում է հեղուկ գազի գնի նվազում։
Հատկանշական է, որ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարը պարբերաբար ծանուցում է սահմանն անցնող բեռնատարների մասին՝ փորձելով ստեղծել տպավորություն, թե լոգիստիկ խնդիրները վերացել են:
Մինչդեռ, ՄՊՀ-ն որպես ստեղծված իրավիճակի պատճառ նշում է նաև Վրաստանում արձանագրված լոգիստիկ խնդիրները:
Ստացվում է, որ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի և ՄՊՀ-ի հայտարարությունների մեջ կան հակասություններ:
Բազմիցս արձանագրել եմ, որ այս իրավիճակը իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականության հետևանքն է:
Շարունակում է խոչընդոտվել հեղուկ գազով բեռնված բազմաթիվ բեռնատարների մուտքը ՀՀ՝ հանգեցնելով դեֆիցիտի և գնագոյացման։
Տնտեսավարողները ստիպված են անձամբ լուծելու իրենց խնդիրները՝ չունենալով պատկան մարմիններից որևէ աջակցություն։ Կան խոսակցություններ, որ սահմանն անցնելու համար բեռնատարների վարորդներից պահանջվում է հսկայական գումար։
Իշխանությունների անգործության հետևանքով այս պահին հեղուկ գազի գինը տարածաշրջանի մյուս երկրների համեմատ ամենաբարձրերից է։ Գործ ունենք շուրջ 80% թանկացման հետ։
Եվս մեկ անգամ խնդրի շուրջ եմ հրավիրում պատկան մարմինների և ՄՊՀ-ի ուշադրությունը։ Այլապես, առաջիկա օրերին ականատեսը կլինենք հեղուկ գազի արժեքի էլ ավելի բարձրացմանը, ինչը հսկայական բեռ է դառնալու մեր քաղաքացիների համար»,-գրել է Դանիելյանը:
