Չնայած պաշտոնական Մոսկվան առայժմ բավական զուսպ հռետորաբանություն է դրսևորում Բաքվի բարբարոսական վարչախմբի ակնհայտ հակառուսական հիստերիայի նկատմամբ, սակայն պարզ էր, որ այն ինչ շատ մեծ սրությամբ ասվում է արհեստածին Ադրբեջանի հասցեին «ոչ պաշտոնական» քարոզչական մակարդակում չի կարող համաձայնեցված չլինել Կրեմլի հետ։ Այս մասին գրել է իրանագետ Վարդան Ոսկանյանը։
«Տիպաբանորեն այժմ գրեթե նույնանման իրավիճակ է Իրան-Ադրբեջան հարաբերություններում, երբ որ պաշտոնապես ԻՀՊԿ-ի հետ աֆիլացված իրանական տելեգրամյան ալիքները, իսկ հաճախ նաև այլ ԶԼՄ-ներ Բաքվի բարբարոսական վարչախմբին քննադատում են ամենակոշտ հռետորաբանությամբ։ Այս ամենը ևս մեկ հստակ ցուցիչ է, որ չնայած Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի կողմկց պաշտոնական հավասարակշռվածությանը Մոսկվա-Բաքու և Թեհրան-Բաքու հարաբերություններն իրենց հակամարտային ներուժով նման են ծխացող կրակի, որը կարող է թեժանալ և հրդեհի վերածվել ցանկացած պահի։
Ընդ որում, Բաքվի բարբարոսական վարչախումբը չի կարող չգիտակցել, որ եթե Մոսկվայի և Թեհրանի միջև այս հարցում տեղի ունենա համակարգում, ապա Հայաստանին շրջափակման շարունակման վախեցնող արհեստածին Ադրբեջանին ինքը կարող հայտնվել լրջագույն շրջափակման մեջ։
Հետևաբար, չափազանց արագ փոփոխվող իրավիճակում, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրյան միջանցքը» կարող է դառնալ ոչ թե դեպի Կենտրոնական Ասիայի թյուրքալեզու երկրներ էրդողանական վարչախմբի ծավալապաշտության գործիքակազմի կարևորագույն բաղադրիչ, այլ «կյանքի ճանապարհ» Բաքվի բռնապետության համար»,-գրել է Ոսկանյանը;
