Իշխանությունը մանիպուլացնում է ՀԷՑ-ի մասին որոշումը

«Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերի» շուրջ գործող իշխանությունների ապօրինություններն ու կեղծիքները շարունակվում են։ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը երեկ հայտարարել է, թե Ստոկհոլմի արբիտրաժը մերժել է գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանին պատկանող էլեկտրական ցանցերի բաժնետերերի նոր պահանջները։ Իբր որոշել է, որ այդ պահանջներն իր լիազորությունների ներքո չեն։ Ակնհայտորեն, առաջինը հրապարակելով արբիտրաժի որոշման մասին տեղեկությունը, այն էլ կիսատ և մանիպուլացված, փաշինյանական իշխանությունը ցանկանում է տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե Ստոկհոլմի արբիտրաժը իրենց օգտին վճիռ է կայացրել, մինչդեռ Սամվել Կարապետյանի պաշտպանության խորհուրդը հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ հաստատելով ՀԷՑ-ի բռնագրավումն արգելող որոշմանամբ պարտադիր լինելը։
Հիշեցնենք, հուլիսի 22-ին արբիտրաժը որոշում էր ընդունել, որը Հայաստանի կառավարության համար ենթակա է պարտադիր և անհապաղ կատարման։ Արբիտրաժը որոշել էր, որ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը պետք է զերծ մնա ՀԷՑ-ի բռնագրավմանն ուղղված քայլերից, որոնցից մեկն էլ ընկերությունում ժամանակավոր կառավարչի նշանակումն էր։ Ժամանակավոր կառավարիչը ոչ միայն մնում է, այլ շարունակում է նաև կադրային ջարդ իրականացնել, տարբեր խոշոր կառույցների ղեկավարներին հեռացնում, նրանց փոխարեն նշանակում սեփական կուսակիցներին, որոնք բացարձակապես ոչինչ չեն հասկանում ոչ էներգետիկայից, ոչ էլեկտրական ցանցերից, բայց պատրաստ են կատարել գործող իշխանությունների ամենակեղտոտ հանձնարարությունները, միայն թե բարձր աշխատավարձ ստանան և ՀԷՑ-ի աշխատակիցներին էլ առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում ուղղորդեն դեպի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը»։
Հինգ հազարից ավելի աշխատակից ունեցող ընկերությունը բավական համեղ պատառ է փաշինյանական իշխանության համար և գործող իշխանություններին բոլորովին չի հետաքրքրում, որ ի վերջո լրջագույն խնդիրներ են ունենալու ոչ միայն երկրի ներսում, այլ նաև արտերկրում՝ միլիոնավոր դոլարների տուգանքների և տույժերի տեսքով։ Փաշինյանական իշխանությունը միայն մեկ նպատակ ունի՝ ամեն գնով վերարտադրվել և հանուն դրա պատրաստ է ցանկացած ապօրինության։
