Վերջին 34 տարիների ընթացքում, երբ Հայաստանը վերականգնեց իր անկախ պետականությունը, Իրանն իր բարեկամական ձեռքը մեկնեց Հայաստանին՝ օգնելու կայանալ և հզորանալ: Հիմա, երբ Հայաստանն ապրում է իր պատմության ամենավճռորոշ պահերից մեկը, Իրանը դարձյալ կանգնած է Հայաստանի անկախության, ինքնիշխանության և տարածքային ամբողջականության պաշտպանության սկզբունքային դիրքերում:

Սակայն, բարեկամությունը չի կարող լինել միակողմանի: Ուստի, Հայաստանը ևս պետք է Իրանին ընդառաջ քայլեր անի՝ ամրապնդելու մեր բարեկամությունը: Հայաստանը պետք է իր ամուր և հաստատուն ձեռքը մեկնի բարեկամ Իրանին՝ միասին առաջ շարժվելու և հաղթահարելու ներկայի ու ապագայի բոլոր փորձությունները, համատեղ կառուցելու մեր երկու բարեկամ ժողովուրդների ու պետությունների ապագան:

Ավելին, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իշխանությունը, Հայաստանի անկախությունը, ինքնիշխանությունը, տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու Հայ ժողովրդի անվտանգությունը պաշտպանելու և պահպանելու, Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը անընդհատ զարգացնելու համար, պետք է Ռազմաքաղաքական Դաշինք և Տնտեսական Պայմանագիր կնքի Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության հետ՝ Իրանն ընդունելով որպես Հայաստանի համար ռազմաքաղաքական և տնտեսական բնական դաշնակից, իսկական բարեկամ:

Այնուհետև, Հայաստանը, Իրանի հետ համատեղ, Հայաստանում պետք է հիմնադրի հայ - իրանական ռազմարդյունաբերական և արդյունաբերական գործարաններ՝ ապահովելով նաև բազմահազար աշխատատեղեր։ Ավելին՝ Հայաստանի ամբողջ բիզնես աշխարհը, Իրանի աջակցությամբ, միանգամից դուրս կգա դեպի ծով, դեպի օվկիանոս և կսկսվի 21-րդ դարի՝ Հայաստանի տնտեսության իսկական զարթոնքը։

Եվ, ամենակարևորը․ Հայաստանը ոչ միայն պետք է մերժի «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք»-ը պաշտպանելու համար Հայաստանի հարավում՝ Իրանի հետ սահմանին՝ Իրանի թշնամի Ամերիկայի ինչ-որ մասնավոր ընկերության, իսկ իրականում՝ Ամերիկայի զինված ուժերի զորախմբի մուտքը Հայաստան, այլ պետք է մեկընդմիշտ մերժի Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի կողմից հորինված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» կոչվածը։

Հայաստանի հարավային, հյուսիսային, արևելյան և արևմտյան բոլոր ճանապարհները պետք է լինեն միայն ու միայն Հայաստանի Սահմանապահ զորքերի և Հայաստանի Մաքսային ծառայության վերահսկողության ներքո ու վե՛րջ։

Ո՛չ մի «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» Ադրբեջանին, Թուրքիային, Ամերիկային և, կամ ուրիշ որևէ մեկին, երբե՛ք:

Այո՛, Իրանը Հայաստանի իսկական բարեկամն է, ՌազմաՔաղաքական և Տնտեսական բնական դաշնակիցը։
