Հայաստանում տեղի ունենալիք Ազգային Ժողովի առաջիկա ընտրություններում միանշանակ հաղթելու է քաղաքական ա՛յն ուժը, որի Առաջնորդը, կամավոր հիմունքներով, մասնակցել է Հայաստանի, Արցախի և Հայ ժողովրդի դեմ թշնամի Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված բոլոր պատերազմներին և միշտ, իր կյանքի գնով, պաշտպանել է Հայաստանը, Արցախը և Հայ ժողովրդին, ու հենց ԱԺ առաջիկա ընտրությունների հաղթանակից հետո էլ այդ քաղաքական ուժը Հայաստանի նոր Ազգային Ժողովում իրականացնելու է Սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ՝ կապված ՀՀ Նախագահ ընտրելու կարգը փոխելու, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ նախագահի լիազորություններն ընդլայնելու հետ, որին անմիջապես հաջորդելու է մեծանուն Հայորդի Սամվել Կարապետյանին նույն Ազգային Ժողովում Հայաստանի նոր նախագահ ընտրելու պատմական իրողությունը:

Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ բազմահազար աշխատատեղեր ստեղծած, սոցիալական, կրթական, առողջապահական, բնապահպանական, մշակութային, սպորտային հովանավորչական բազմահազար ծրագրեր իրականացրած, Հայաստանի և Արցախի պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունների, Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու, Հայաստանի տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների համար սոցիալական բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր կյանքի կոչած, Հայկական բարձրավանդակից դուրս՝ Երկիր Մոլորակի տարբեր անկյուններում, Հայաստանի, Արցախի և Հայ ժողովրդի պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը միշտ բարձր պահած և պաշտպանած՝ «Տաշիր» ընկերության հիմնադիր, հայրենատեր Հայորդի Սամվել Կարապետյանը, այո՛, քաղբանտարկյա՛լ է․ Հայաստանի հաջորդ նախագահ Սամվել Կարապետյանը պետք է անհապաղ ազատ արձակվի։
