Ամերիկյան ապտակ՝ Փաշինյանի «ժողովրդավարության բաստիոնին»

Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը ինքնամոռաց տարածում է ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հայտարարությունը, թե իբր Փաշինյանն իրեն ասել է, որ Երևանում ճանապարհներն ավելի բարվոք վիճակում են, քան մայրաքաղաք Վաշինգտոնում։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները մեկ բառով անգամ չեն անդրադառնա ԱՄՆ Պետքարտուղարության վերջին զեկույցին, որտեղ նշվում է, որ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը միշտ չէ, որ պահպանում է օրենքի դրույթները, իսկ ժողովրդավարության վիճակն ամենևին էլ լավ չէ։
Ամփոփելով 2024-ի զարգացումները՝ Պետդեպն արձանագրել է՝ ըստ իրավապաշտպանների, ոստիկանությունը երբեմն անձանց ձերբակալել է որպես պատիժ առանց պաշտոնական մեղադրանքների: Զեկույցը նշում է, որ կան հավաստի հաղորդումներ նաև պետական պաշտոնյաների կողմից իրականացվող կտտանքների ու խոշտանգումների վերաբերյալ: Այս շարքում Պետդեպը մեջբերել է տեղական իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունների ահազանգը, թե իրավապահները խոշտանգել կամ բռնության են ենթարկել կալանքի տակ գտնվող անձանց՝ մնալով անպատիժ:
Զեկույցն անդրադարձել է նաև բանակում խաղաղ պայմաններում շարունակվող մահվան դեպքերին, ընդգծելով՝ իրավապաշտպանների և զոհերի ընտանիքների կարծիքով, իրավապահները պատշաճ քննություն չեն իրականացնում, և սկզբում հենց տեղի ունեցածը ինքնասպանություն որակելով՝ նվազեցնում են հանցագործության բացահայտման ու արդարադատության հավանականությունը:
Խոսքի ազատության բաժնում զեկույցը փաստում է, որ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը, ընդհանուր առմամբ, հարգել է այս իրավունքը, թեև եղել են բացառություններ։ «Լրագրողները երբեմն ենթարկվել են բռնության, հետապնդման կամ սպառնալիքի իշխանությունների կամ իշխանությունների անունից գործող անձանց կողմից»,- արձանագրել է ԱՄՆ Պետդեպը:
Պետքարտուղարության այս զեկույցը փաստում է, որ Միացյալ Նահանգներում էլ առանձնապես լուրջ չեն ընդունում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ ժողովրդավարության մասին հավաստիացումները, ընդհակառակը, նույնիսկ նախագահ Թրամփի հետ համաձայնագիր ստորագրելուց հաշված օրեր անց քննադատություն են հնչեցնում, հասկացնելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, որ վերջինիս իշխանությանը բոլորովին էլ իրենց գործընկեր և դաշնակից չեն համարում, ինչպես փորձում է ներկայացնել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և իր քարոզչամեքենան։ Թե ինչպե՞ս կպատասխանեն Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները ամենից ստացված այս ապտակին, բարդ է ասել. ըստ ամենայնի, կփորձեն մոռացության տալ և ոչինչ չխոսել։
