ANALYSIS
Սամվել Կարապետյանի շուրջ զարգացող իրադարձությունները ոչ միայն քրեական կամ տնտեսական հարթության խնդիր են, այլ նաև լրջագույն քաղաքական ցուցիչ՝ հասկանալու, թե ինչ իրական վիճակում է Հայաստանը։
1․ Ցանկացած ընդդիմախոսություն ընկալվում է որպես մահացու սպառնալիք
Ներկա իշխանության համար քաղաքական կամ քաղաքացիական ցանկացած դիմադրություն համարվում է վտանգ, որը պետք է ցանկացած գնով վերացնել։ Երբ իշխանության պահպանման հարցը դրվում է առաջին պլան, այլախոհների նկատմամբ կիրառվում են ամենածայրահեղ միջոցները՝ մեղադրանքներից ու դատավարություններից մինչև բացահայտ քաղաքական ճնշում։
2․ Կալանքը՝ ուժի ցուցադրում չէ, այլ թուլության արտահայտություն
Կարապետյանի կալանավորումն ու նրա ակտիվների բռնազավթումը ցույց են տալիս ոչ թե վստահություն սեփական դիրքերի հանդեպ, այլ հակառակը՝ խորքային անապահովություն։ Երբ իշխանությունը զգում է, որ իր հիմքերը խարխուլ են, ամենափոքր անհնազանդությունն էլ ընկալվում է որպես խոցելի կետ։
3․ Ժողովրդավարական արժեքների և իրավունքի մերժում
Կատարվածը հստակ ազդակ է, որ ազատ խոսքը, սեփականության իրավունքը և մարդու հիմնարար ազատությունները Հայաստանում այլևս չեն դիտվում որպես պաշտպանվող արժեքներ։ Դրանք փոխարինվել են իշխանությունը պահելու կոշտ ու անօրինական մեխանիզմներով։
4․ Վտանգավոր ուղերձ ներդրողների համար
Երբ միջազգային ճանաչում ունեցող խոշոր գործարարի հանդեպ կիրառվում են բռնազավթման ու ազատազրկման մեթոդներ, դա ոչ միայն խարխլում է Հայաստանի վարկանիշը, այլև հստակ վանում է ցանկացած ներդրողի։ Ո՞վ կցանկանա գումար բերել երկիր, որտեղ նույնիսկ ամենահեղինակավոր գործարարն անպաշտպան է իշխանության կամայականությունից։
5․ Դիմադրության օրինակ
Այս իրավիճակը ցույց է տալիս, որ երկրում դեռ կան մարդիկ, որոնք պատրաստ չեն հաշտվել պարտության և կապիտուլյացիայի մտայնության հետ։ Եթե անգամ այն անձը, ով ունի հսկայական բիզնես և ռեսուրսներ, պատրաստ է կորցնել ամեն ինչ հանուն սկզբունքների, ապա կարելի է պատկերացնել, թե ինչի են ընդունակ նրանք, ովքեր կորցնելու ոչինչ չունեն։
6․ Նոր պայքարի անհրաժեշտություն
Այս դեպքը վերջնականապես ապացուցում է, որ համակարգային փոփոխություն սպասել միայն ընտրական կամ սահմանափակ քաղաքացիական մեթոդներով՝ ինքնախաբեություն է։ Հայաստանում այսօր անհրաժեշտ է ոչ թե անցյալի իշխանական մոդելների վերադարձ, այլ արմատական նոր քաղաքական օրակարգ, որը կարող է բերել ազգային և պետական ինքնիշխանության վերականգնմանը։
