«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Առողջապահության նախարարությունն առաջարկում է լրացումներ կատարել կառավարության 2006 թվականի նոյեմբերի 2-ի N 1911-Ն որոշման մեջ։ Համաձայն կառավարության 2025 թվականի փետրվարի 20-ի թիվ 194-Ն որոշման՝ թվով 42 մարզային առողջապահական բաժնետիրական ընկերությունների 100 տոկոս պետական սեփականություն հանդիսացող բաժնետոմսերի կառավարման լիազորությունները վերապահվել են առողջապահության նախարարությանը: Նշված իրավակարգավորմամբ պայմանավորված՝ մարզային առողջապահական կազմակերպությունները կառավարվելու են նախարարության կողմից և նախարարի հրամանով են հաստատվելու վերջիններիս եկամուտների և ծախսերի նախահաշիվները, կառուցվածքները և հաստիքացուցակները: Առողջապահության նախարարության ենթակայության վերոնշյալ մարզային առողջապահական կազմակերպություններն արդյունավետ կառավարելու նպատակով անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել յուրաքանչյուր մարզում գործող ընկերությունները, բացառությամբ հոգեկան առողջության պահպանման կազմակերպությունների, միաձուլման ձևով վերակազմակերպել՝ արդյունքում ստեղծելով նոր մեկ առողջապահական կազմակերպություն:
Նախագծով նախատեսվում է լրացումներ կատարել կառավարության թիվ 1911-Ն որոշման մեջ՝ մարզային առողջապահական փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությունները միաձուլման ձևով վերակազմակերպել՝ արդյունքում ստեղծելով մեկ ընկերություն: Միաժամանակ, նախագծով նախատեսվում է մարզերում գործող թվով 3 ծննդատների՝ «Մարտունու ծննդատուն», «Աբովյանի ծննդատուն» և «Արթիկի մոր և մանկան առողջության պահպանման կենտրոն» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությունների բաժնետոմսերի կառավարման լիազորությունները վերապահել առողջապահության նախարարությանը, ինչպես նաև նշված ընկերությունները ևս միաձուլման ձևով վերակազմակերպել՝ ներառելով նոր ստեղծվող ընկերության կազմում:
Նախագծի ընդունման արդյունքում կկրճատվեն միաձուլվող կազմակերպությունների վարչատնտեսական անձնակազմի համար կատարվող ծախսերը, ինչպես նաև որակապես կբարելավվեն մարզերում մատուցվող բժշկական ծառայությունները։
