Ռուսների մեղմ արձագանքը Վաշինգտոնյան հանդիպմանը. ո՞րն է պատճառը

Վաշինգտոնում ստորագրված պայմանավորվածությունների ֆոնին, որոնցով Փաշինյանը, ըստ էության, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» է տալիս, այն ավարելով Թրամփի անունով, առանձնակի ուշադրության է արժանի ռուսական կողմի արձագանքը։ Չափազանց մեծ հարցեր կան, թե ինչպես են ռուսներն, օրինակ, պատասխանելու Վաշինգտոնում ստորագրված պայմանավորվածություններին, որոնք, ըստ էության, արևմտամետ շրջանակները փորձում են ներկայացնել որպես Ռուսաստանին տարածաշրջանից հանելու գործողություն։
Շատերին, օրինակ, զարմացնում է, թե ինչու ռուսական կողմը սպասվածից ավելի մեղմ արձագանք տվեց։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Ռուսաստանը նշեց, որ ողջունում են «Թրամփի միջանցք» կոչվածը, իսկ Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետ Օվերչուկն էլ նույնիսկ ասաց, որ եթե «դա հայերին պետք է, ուրեմն իրենք էլ կաջակցեն այդ ծրագրին»։ Մյուս կողմից՝ թե՛ Փաշինյանի հետ հեռախոսազրույցում Վլադիմիր Պուտինի գրասենյակի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ, և թե՛ Միրզոյանի հետ զանգից հետո Լավրովի գլխավորած ԱԳՆ-ի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ հատուկ շեշտում էր, որ ռուսները թե՛ խաղաղության պայմանագիրը և թե՛ տարածաշրջանային հաղորդակցությունների բացման հարցը դիտարկում են 2020-22 թվականների եռակողմ՝ Ադրբեջան, Հայաստան, Ռուսաստան համատեղ ստորագրված փաստաթղթերի շրջանակներում։ Այսինքն՝ ընդգծելով, որ ո՛չ Ռուսաստանը, ո՛չ Հայաստանը այդպես էլ չեն հրաժարվել նոյեմբերի 9-ի փաստաթղթից, և գոյություն ունի նույն տարածքի վերահսկման համապատասխան հայտարարություն, որի տակ կա Հայաստանի ստորագրությունը։
Ու փաստացի ռուսական կողմը օդում կախում է այդ հայտարարությունը, հիշեցնում, որ այդ հատվածում սահմանը պահում են ռուսական սահմանապահները, Հայաստանն էլ դեռևս ԵԱՏՄ անդամ է, և միջազգային պայմանավորվածությունները խախտելը էժան չի նստի Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների վրա։ Որոշ տեղեկությունների համաձայն, այդ հարցերը քննարկվել են նաև Ալյասկայում։ Սկզբունքորեն ռուսական կողմին կարող է հաջողվել ամերիկացիների հետ պայմանավորվել, որ այդ նախագծում մասնակցի նաև Ռուսաստանը։ Այսինքն՝ համապատասխան ստեղծվող կոնսորցիումում լինեն ոչ միայն ամերիկյան ընկերություններ, այլ նաև ռուսները։ Դա չափազանց հետաքրքիր զարգացում կլինի։ Առավել ևս, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին վաղուց ոչ ոք ոչինչ չի հարցնում։
