Ադրբեջանը բացեիբաց սպառնում է Հայաստանին

Վաշինգտոնում կնքված հռչակագրից հետո Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները փորձում են համոզել, թե Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև այլևս խաղաղություն է հաստատվել։ Երեկ այդ մասին հայտարարել է արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը, պնդել, որ նախաստորագրված պայմանագիրն ու վաշինգտոնյան հռչակագիրը բխում և կառուցված են Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի համար փոխշահավետությունից, կա մի դրույթ, որն էականորեն լավ է մի երկրի համար և էականորեն վատ է մյուսի համար։
Ավելին, Արարատ Միրզոյանը պնդել է, թե Վաշինգտոնում որևէ կերպ չեն քննարկել Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության մեջ փոփոխություններ կատարելու պահանջները։ Ըստ էության, Միրզոյանի հայտարարությունը պատասխան էր Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին։ Վերջինս, և նրա ենթակաները հռչակագրից հետո ավելի են կոշտացրել իրենց դիրքորոշումները, պահանջում են ևս մեկ քայլ։ Ստանալով գրեթե ամեն ինչ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններից, Ադրբեջանն այժմ կրկին պնդում է սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ անցկացնելու մասին։ Ավելին, «Ալ Արաբիա» հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում Ադրբեջանի նախագահը Երևանին բացեիբաց սպառնացել է հետևանքներով, եթե հաջորդ տարի նախատեսված խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո Հայաստանի ապագա կառավարությունը կասկածի տակ դնի վաշինգտոնյան համաձայնագրերը։ Կրկին պնդելով սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները անհրաժեշտությունը, Ալիևը հայտարարել է, թե պայմանագիրը նախաստորագրվել և ոչ թե ստորագրվել է հենց միայն այդ պատճառով, որ Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը դրույթներ է պարունակում ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության։
Ամենաէականն Ալիևի ծավալուն խոսքից այն է, որ իր նախաստորագրված համաձայնագիրը երկու պետությունների միջև համաձայնագիր է և համաձայնագիր չէ իր և Փաշինյանի միջև։ Ըստ էության, սրանով Ադրբեջանի նախագահը փորձում է ողջ պատասխանատվությունը բարդել ոչ թե իր խամաճիկ Փաշինյանի, այլ հենց հայ ժողովրդի վրա, սպառնալ, որ եթե չընդունեն Փաշինյանի առաջարկած հակապետական Սահմանադրությունը, նոր ռազմական էսկալացիայի լեգիտիմ հիմքեր կստեղծվեն Ադրբեջանի համար։ Ուստի և ի սկզբանե նշում է, որ ցանկացած այլ կառավարություն, որը կփոխարինի Փաշինյանին, ստիպված է լինելու հաշվի նստել այդ հանգամանքի հետ։ Եվ սա է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու իր թիմի տված ամենամեծ վնասը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը, երբ այնպիսի փակուղային իրավիճակ է ստեղծել, որից դուրս գալը գրեթե անհնար է դարձել։
