Օգտագործեք փոքր ափսեներ
Փորձեք սնվել ավելի փոքր՝ 20-25 սմ տրամագծով ափսեներով՝ ձեր ախորժակը սահմանափակելու համար։ Երբ ուղեղը տեսնում է ազատ հատվածներով մեծ ափսե, այն սկսում է մտածել, որ ափսեում քիչ ուտելիք կա։ Այսպիսով, ուղեղը կարծում է, որ օրգանիզմը քիչ է սնվել եւ պահանջում է լրացուցիչ չափաբաժին։
Կերեք կապույտ ափսեներից
2012թ-ի. ուսումնասիրությունը ցույց է տվել, որ սննդամթերքի եւ ափսեի միջեւ եղած գունային տարբերությունը օգնում է, որ մենք ավելի քիչ ուտենք։ Ուտելիս ընտրեք կապույտ ափսեները, քանի որ կապույտ ափսեները այնքան էլ լավ չեն համադրվում սննդի հետ։
Խմեք միայն նեղ եւ երկար բաժակներից
Երբ խոսքը վերաբերում է ըմպելիքներին (հատկապես հյութերին եւ ալկոհոլային խմիչքներին), ապա չափերը մեծ կարեւորություն ունեն։ Սովորաբար նեղ եւ երկար գավաթների մեջ ավելի քիչ քանակությամբ հեղուկ է լցվում, քան լայն ու կարճ։
