Ռուսաստանի ուղերձը Հայաստանին. «Սպայկա»-ով բացվում է պանդորայի արկղը

Ռուսաստանի կողմից «Սպայկա»-ի հարյուրավոր բեռնատարների կանգնեցումը պատահականություն չէ։ Դա ուղիղ մեսիջ է․ Մոսկվան ցույց է տալիս, որ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական տատանումները անպատասխան չեն մնալու։ Ոչ վաղ անցյակում ՌԴ փոխվարչապետ Օվերչուկն ու այլ պաշտոնյաներ ուղիղ տեքստով զգուշացրել են այդ մասին։
«Սպայկա»-ն ընտրվել է որպես թիրախ ոչ պատահմամբ․ այն Հայաստանի գյուղմթերքի արտահանման ողնաշարն է։ Հենց այդ պատճառով հարվածն ուղղված է ոչ միայն մեկ ընկերության դեմ, այլև Հայաստանի տնտեսության ամենազգայուն հատվածին։
Սա սկիզբն է։ «Սպայկա»-ի դեպքը միայն նախազգուշացում է, որ եթե Հայաստանը շարունակի որդեգրած գիծը, ապա ճնշումները շատ արագ կծավալվեն մյուս ոլորտներում։ Բառացիորեն հաշված օրերի ընթացքում պատժամիջոցները կարող են տարածվել ոչ միայն գյուղմթերքի, այլև էներգակիրների, տրանսպորտային կապերի կամ տնտեսական այլ հոսքերի վրա։
Եթե պետական կառույցները ադեկվատ չարձագանքեն, Հայաստանը կանգնելու է նոր, ավելի ծանր ճնշումների ու տնտեսական կաթվածի վտանգի առաջ։
