«Արտքոմփանի»-ն բացառիկ առաջարկներով կմասնակցի TOON EXPO 2025-ին
VIDEOՍեպտեմբերի 5-7-ը «Մերիդիան» ցուցահանդեսների կենտրոնում կկայանա TOON EXPO 2025-ը, որն այս տարի Հայաստանում անց է կացվելու հինգերորդ, իսկ տարածաշրջանում՝ վեցերորդ անգամ։ Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են էքսպոյի կազմակերպիչները, ցուցահանդեսի ընթացքում այցելուներին կներկայացվի ավելի քան 30.000 բնակարանային առաջարկ՝ ինչպես Հայաստանից, այնպես էլ արտերկրից։
Ցուցահանդեսին ավանդական մասնակցությամբ հանդես կգա նաև «Արտքոմփանի» կառուցապատող ընկերությունը, որը կներկայացնի Gyurjyan Cascade և Firdus Prime Residence բնակելի համալիրները և հատուկ առաջարկներ այլ նախագծերից։ Ընկերությունը պատրաստել է երկու բացառիկ առաջարկ՝ որոնք կներկայացվեն հենց TOON EXPO-ի ընթացքում։
Առաջին առաջարկը վերաբերում է քեշբեքի ծրագրին․ սեպտեմբերի 5-7-ը Gyurjyan Cascade թաղամասում բնակարան ձեռք բերելու դեպքում գնորդները կստանան քեշբեք՝ 1 քմ-ի հաշվարկով 40.000 դրամի չափով։ Քեշբեքի գումարի մինչև 80%-ը կարող է տրամադրվել դրամային տեսքով, իսկ մնացած մասը՝ ՎԵԳԱ խանութների ցանցում գնումների համար, եթե բնակարանը գնվել է մինչև շինավարտը վճարմամբ կամ հիփոթեքով։ Իսկ եթե ամբողջ քեշբեքը ծախսվի ՎԵԳԱ-ում, գնորդները կստանան լրացուցիչ արտոնություններ՝ մինչև 20% հավելյալ զեղչեր և քեշբեքի գումարի 30% ավելացում։
Երկրորդ առաջարկը վերաբերում է գնորդի վճարումների ապահովագրությանը, որը Հայաստանում ներդրվում է առաջին անգամ։ Արտքոմփանի, Արգո Ռիելթի և ԷՖԵՍ ապահովագրական ընկերության համագործակցության արդյունքում գնորդների
վճարումները երաշխավորված կլինեն շինարարության ողջ ընթացքում։ Այս եզակի ֆինանսական գործիքը հիմնված է միջազգային լավագույն փորձի վրա և 100% երաշխավորում է, որ գնորդը հեշտ և արագ կստանա տարաժամկետ վճարումները, եթե կառուցապատողը չիրականացնի պայմանագրային պարտավորությունները:
Վճարումների ապահովագրությանը գործում է Gyurjyan Cascade և Firdus Prime Residence նախագծերում: Ապահովագրությունը գնորդի համար անվճար է և գործում է մինչև շենքի վերջնական պատրաստ լինելը։
