Պատժելու փոխարեն՝ խրախուսելու են

Ազգային ժողովի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության քարտուղար Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանին իր խուլիգանական պահվածքի, ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորին հայհոյանքներ տալու համար ոչ թե պատժելու, այլ՝ ընդհակառակը, խրախուսելու են։
Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 8-ին՝ ԱԺ աշնանային նստաշրջանի մեկնարկին, Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանը վիրավորական արտահայտություններ էր թույլ տվել «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանի հասցեին՝ ասելով. «Թող սեռավարակի թեստ հանձնի, որ հասկանանք՝ էդ 4 տունը իրեն որտեղից...»։ Նույն օրն ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը գրել էր. «Պահանջում եմ, որ Հովհաննիսյանն ԱԺ մուտք գործելուց առաջ ամեն օր պարտադիր թեստավորվի թմրամիջոցների օգտագործման վերաբերյալ, իսկ արդյունքները լինեն հրապարակային։ Խորհրդարանը չի կարող հանդուրժել խուլիգանություն»։
«Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունը հանդես է գալիս նախաձեռնությամբ՝ ստեղծելու «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության քարտուղար Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանի վարքը քննող էթիկայի հանձնաժողով, «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունն էլ հայտարարել է, թե միանում է այդ նախաձեռնությանը։ «Քաղպայմանագրում» Հովհաննիսյանի վարքը չեն քննել, նույնիսկ կին պատգամավորները չեն համարձակվել բարձրացնել նրա հարցը, քանի որ Հովհաննիսյանը Փաշինյանի ֆավորիտներից է, նրա «խոսք տանող-բերողը»։ Բացի այդ, իրենց նախկին թիմակցի դեմ, որին ՔՊ-ում «դավաճան» են անվանում, նման վիրավորական դրսևորումները հենց Փաշինյանի սրտից էին։ ՔՊ-ում խոսում են, որ Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանին հաջորդ գումարման խորհրդարանում ավելի բարձր պաշտոն կտան։ Իսկ էթիկայի հանձնաժողով չեն ստեղծելու։
