Կառավարությունը շրջանառության մեջ է դրել պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության ժամկետը 2-ից 1.5 տարի դարձնելու նախագիծ, որը նախատեսված է կյանքի կոչել 2026 թվականի ամառային զորակոչից: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։
«Որպես հիմնավորում նախագծում նշված է, որ «վերջին տարիներին պայմանագրային զինվորական ծառայության ընդլայնման նպատակով կատարվել են գործուն քայլեր, ի դեմս՝ «Պաշտպան հայրենյաց» ծրագրի, արհեստավարժ սերժանտական համակարգի, զինծառայողների ատեստավորման համակարգի ներդրման, սահմանամերձ զորամասերում երկարամյա ծառայության զինվորական կենսաթոշակի պահպանմամբ պայմանագրային զինվորական ծառայության կազմակերպման գործընթացի»:
Կառավարության «հիմնավորումը» ակտիվ համալրումների առումով հենց միայն այնքանով չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը, որ վերջին 4 տարիներին մարտական հերթապահության և մարտական այլ խնդիրների կատարման համար ստիպված են եղել, յուրաքանչյուր տարի, հազարավոր պահեստազորայիններ և ԵԿՄ ներկայացուցիչներ ընդգրկել:
Խորհուրդ չեմ տա պատասխանատուներին պնդելու, թե պահեստազորայինների հավաքը բացառապես ուսումնական, վերապատրաստման նպատակ ունի, որովհետև այդ հավաքների գլխավոր նպատակը` համալրվածության բարդությունների պայմաններում, մարտական հերթապահության խնդիրների ապահովումն է:
«Պաշտպան հայրենյաց» ծրագրով զինվորական ծառայության ընդգրկումը որքան էլ ակտիվ լինի, ընդհանուր համալրվածության խնդիրների հաղթահարումից պետությունը դեռ շատ հեռու է:
Այս պայմաններում իշխանությունը փորձում է 3 խնդիր լուծել`
1. Նախընտրական «տրյուկ» անել` փորձելով բանակի կրճատումը ընտրաքվեի վերածել:
2. Կրճատել բանակը` հետագա զիջումները «հիմնավորելով» պետության անկարողությամբ:
3. Պարզապես ադրբեջանական պահանջ կատարել` վստահեցնելու, որ ՀՀ-ն դիմադրելու, պայքարելու որևէ նպատակ չունի:
Հասկանում եմ, որ այսպիսի դիրքորոշումս շատերի համար ոչ պոպուլյար է, մի մասը բարձրաձայն, մյուս մասը` լռելայն, չի համաձայնվելու, սակայն ինձ համար կարևոր մեր երկրի ազգային և պետական շահերն են, մեր ժողովրդի անվտանգությունը և շարունակելու եմ պնդել, որ այս նախագիծը ներսից պետությանը հասցվող ուժգին հարված է, որն ավելի է մեծացնելու մեր անվտանգային խնդիրները»,-գրել է նա։
