Նոր պաշտոն՝ Փաշինյանի «սրտի դատավորին»

2018թ․-ին գալով իշխանության՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը խոստանում էին Հայաստանից դարձնել օրենքի գերակայության երկիր։ Այդ ժամանակ իսկապես հանրությունը լուրջ հույս ուներ, որ բարեփոխումներ կիրականացվեն դատական համակարգում, իսկ տխրահռչակ և աղմկահարույց գործերով ապօրինություններ կատարած դատավորները ոչ միայն հրաժեշտ կտան իրենց պաշտոնին, այլ նաև պատասխանատվության կենթարկվեն։ Պարզվեց՝ բոլոր այդ հույսերը սին էին։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ոչ միայն օգտվում է այդ դատավորների ծառայություններից, այլև նրանք դարձել են գործող իշխանության «սրտի դատավորները»։
Այդպիսի դատավորներից մեկն էլ Արմեն Դանիելյանն է, ով դեռևս 2000-ականների սկզբից հայտնի է մի քանի աղմկահարույց գործերով։ Մասնավորապես՝ Մատաղիսի գործով տևական ազատազրկման էր դատապարտել անմեղ զինծառայողներին։ Նույն Մարտի 1-ի գործերով ևս Արմեն Դանիելյանը մի քանի անձանց նկատմամբ մեղադրական դատավճիռ էր կայացրել։ Իսկ Փաշինյանի իշխանության օրոք նույն այդ Դանիելյանը անտրտունջ դակում է գործող իշխանությունների բոլոր ապօրինի հրահանգները։ Երեկ էլ ընտրվել է Վճռաբեկ դատարանի քրեական պալատի դատավոր։ 107 պատգամավորներից քվեարկությանը մասնակցել էր 66-ը։ Դանիելյանը ստացել էր 65 պատգամավորների քվե։ Առաջադրված մյուս երկու թեկնածուներից մեկը ստացել էր մեկ ձայն, մյուսը՝ զրո։
Ըստ էության, այս կերպ Փաշինյանը Արմեն Դանիելյանին պարգևատրում է իր կատարած ապօրինությունների համար, իսկ դրանք Արմեն Դանիելյանի տխուր կարիերայում բազմաթիվ են։ Ամենավերջին թարմ դեպքը գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի կալանքը անփոփոխ թողնելու որոշումն էր։ Ընդ որում, նույնիսկ այդ հարցում ևս Դանիելյանը ապօրինություն էր արել՝ քննելով մի միջնորդություն, որից նույնիսկ հրաժարվել էին Սամվել Կարապետյանն ու նրա պաշտպանները։
