Դավիթ Խաժակյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

Հիմնականում առաջին նախագահ Տեր-Պետրոսյանի հայտարարությունները ինձ հասկանալի են և ես կիսում եմ դրանք։ Վերջին հայտարարությունը՝ իր ձևակերպմամբ «Զանգեզուրի տրանսպորտային հանգույցի» վերաբերյալ ինձ մոտ երկու հարց առաջացրեց.

1. Երբ նախագահն ասում է, որ «Զանգեզուրի տրանսպորտային հանգույցի վերահսկողությունը, բնականաբար, սուվերեն իրավունքի ուժով, պետք է իրականացվի բացառապես Հայաստանի կողմից», ինչո՞ւ է ապրիորի ընդունում, որ պետք է լինի հե’նց այդպիսի տրանսպորտային հանգույց, ինչպիսին 5 տարի շարունակ պահանջում է Ադրբեջանը։ «Իլուրի» հարցն էլ այսպիսին է, թե ինչպե՞ս է նախագահը պատկերացնում «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» խնդրի հանգուցալուծումը։

Եթե չկա Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կոնֆլիկտ և ինչպես շատերը պնդում են, նոյեմբերի 9-ը չի գործում, էլ ի՞նչ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» խնդրի մասին է խոսքը։ Եղել է ԼՂՀ, եղել է անխոչընդոտ ճանապարհի պահանջ։ Չկա' ԼՂՀ, ճանապարհի պահանջը ինչպե՞ս է մնացել։

2. Նախագահը նաև պնդում է, որ հաղորդակցության անխափան գործունեության համար Հայաստանը ակնկալում է իր ռազմավարական գործընկերներ Ռուսաստանի, ԱՄՆ-ի և Իրանի ակտիվ համագործակցությունը։

Այստեղ ևս ուզում եմ հարցնել թե այդ ո՞ր օրվանից է ԱՄՆ-ն դարձել Հայաստանի ռազմավարական գործընկերը, ո՞ր շահի համադրմամբ և ինչպե՞ս է դա դրսևորվել (վերնագրային պայմանագրերը հիշում ենք)։ Ռուսաստանի հետ Հայաստանը ունի տասնյակ միջպետական ռազմավարական նշանակության և գործի դրված պայմանագրեր՝ էներգետիկ, տնտեսական, պաշտպանական և բազմաթիվ այլ ոլորտներում։

Ցավոք, թե բարեբախտաբար Ռուսաստանը միակ պետությունն է, որ պատրաստ է եղել միջնորդ դառնալ՝ գետնի վրա ներկայությամբ և երաշխավորել արցախահայության վերադարձը 20թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո։ Չեմ խոսում 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի և հայ-թուրքական սահմանի անվտանգության մասին։ Բայց նույնիսկ եթե անտեսենք այս ամենը և համարենք, թե ԱՄՆ-ն ունի Կովկասում տարածաշրջանային շահ, ապա դա հակոտնյա է Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի ռազմավարական շահերին։ Ի՞նչ համագործակցություն է ակնկալում հակամարտող կողմերից հիմնադիր նախագահը։
