Կա «մանտրայի» նման կրկնվող մի բան, թե՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը բոլորը ճանաչում էին Ադրբեջանի կազմում, ոչ ոք չի ունեցել այլ գնահատական: Այս մասին գրել է քաղաքագետ Հակոբ Բադալյանը:
«Ես այս թեմային պարբերաբար եմ անդրադառնում, թե ֆեյսբուքյան, թե տելեգրամյան ձևաչափերով:
«Մանտրայի» նման կրկնում են՝ հեծանիվ կամ Ամերիկա հայտնաբերողի դեմքի արտահայտությամբ:
Լեռնային Ղարաբաղն Ադրբեջանի կազմումը «ելակետային» տվյալն է, որ ճանաչել են բոլորը: Իսկ հարց չի առաջանու՞մ, բա այդ բոլորից որեւէ մեկն ինչու՞ որեւէ բան չի ասել Ադրբեջանի «կազմում» գտնվող Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ Հայաստանի որևէ նախագահի այցի կապակցությամբ:
Որովհետեւ ելակետային տվյալից զատ, եղել է նաև իրողությունը՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունն ու դրա դե յուրե ճանաչումը:
Ինչու՞ չեն «խախտել» ելակետային տվյալը, այսինքն ինչու՞ չեն դադարել Արցախը ճանաչել Ադրբեջանի մաս: Որովհետեւ,եթե կա միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված վեճ, որը կարգավորվում է միջազգային մանդատի ներքո, ելակետային տվյալի «ճանաչումը» դադարեցնելը արդեն իսկ նշանակում է խանգարել վեճի կարգավորման միջազգային գործընթացին: Ի վերջո, չէ՞ որ տեսականում որեւէ կերպ բացառելի չէ, որ վիճող կողմերն ի վերջո գան համաձայնության հենց ելակետային տվյալի շուրջ:
Հետեւաբար, դե յուրե որևէ մեկը չէր հրաժարվի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը ճանաչել Ադրբեջանի մաս, քանի դեռ չի եղել միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված դե յուրե նոր կարգավիճակի վերաբերյալ որոշում: Բայց, դե յուրե ճանաչվել է Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը:
Թե ինչ է եղել հետագայում քաղաքական տրամաբանության, աշխարհաքաղաքական տրամաբանության հետ, դա այլ հարց է, ոչ պակաս կարեւոր, բայց այլ հարց: Բայց, միջազգայնորեն դե յուրե ճանաչվել է Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը: Եվ համենայն դեպս չկա որեւէ առնվազն հրապարակային փաստաթուղթ, որը կվկկայի, որ այդ իրավունքը ճանաչված է իրացման որեւէ սահմանափակումով:
Մնացյալը, իհարկե դիվանագիտական պայքարի, կողմերի միջեւ ուժերի հարաբերակցության եւ այլնի, ու աշխարհաքաղաքական իրադրության հետ կապված հարցեր են»,- գրել է նա:
