Սիրելի´ հայրենակիցներ,
Դեռևս մայիս ամսին իմ հարցազրույցում հայտնել էի, որ նախաձեռնում եմ «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» ծրագրի մշակումը։ Սա վերկուսակցական ծրագիր է։ Մի ծրագիր է, որտեղ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի տեսնելու է իր, իր ընտանիքի և իր պետության ամենասուր և արդիական խնդիրների ձևակերպումը և լուծման տարբերակները։ Այդ ծրագիրը պետք է ձևավորվի ոլորտային մասնագետների, հեղինակություն վայելող գիտնականների, հասարակական գործիչների, առաջարկ, միտք, գաղափար ունեցող սրտացավ մարդկանց համատեղ ուժերով։ Այն կազմվելու է քաղաքացիների ուղիղ մասնակցությամբ, Հայաստանի և սփյուռքի լավագույն մասնագետների մասնակցությամբ։ Մշակման ընթացքում ծրագիրն անընդհատ դրվելու է հանրային քննարկման, մշտապես հաշվի են առնելու քաղաքացիների և մասնագետների առաջարկները։ Սա լինելու է հանրային, բաց գործընթաց։
Ես, որպես նախաձեռնության հեղինակ, առաջարկում եմ ծրագրի աշխատանքները սկսել այս փոքր նախաբանով: Հայաստանին պետք է.
1. Ներքին հաշտեցում, հանրային երկխոսություն, թշնամանքի վերացում, հայկական աշխարհի միասնականության վերականգնում։
2. Մի շարք վիճահարույց օրենքների և որոշումների կասեցում, սառեցում, վերանայում՝ օրենքներ, որոնք վնասում են երկրին, թունավորում հարյուր հազարավոր մարդկանց կյանքը։
3. Գրագետ-խաղաղ բանակցություններ, միակողմանի զիջումների բացառում, իրական խաղաղության ծրագիր, պատերազմի ռիսկի չեզոքացում, դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների վերականգնում, իրական անվտանգային համակարգի ստեղծում, նոր խոշոր տնտեսական ծրագրերի իրականացում։
Հնարավո՞ր է այս պարզ կետերի շուրջ ապահովել լայն հանրային համախմբում։ Միանշանակ՝ այո։
