Իշխանությունները և նախկին նախագահները, և առհասարակ գրեթե ողջ քաղաքական դաշտը ամենավերջին բառերով մեկը մյուսին վիրավորում են, նսեմացնում, փորձում Երրորդ Հանրապետության բոլոր մեղքերի մեջ մեղադրել իրենց դիմացինին, փոխարենը խնդիրները լուծելու՝ փորձում են մեղավոր գտնել։
Իշխանությունները և նախկին նախագահները, և առհասարակ գրեթե ողջ քաղաքական դաշտը ամենավերջին բառերով մեկը մյուսին վիրավորում են, նսեմացնում, փորձում Երրորդ Հանրապետության բոլոր մեղքերի մեջ մեղադրել իրենց դիմացինին, փոխարենը խնդիրները լուծելու՝ փորձում են մեղավոր գտնել։
Ժողովուրդը մեծ հաշվով անտարբեր է։
Քաղաքական էլիտաները փորձում են ժողովրդի հետաքրքրությունը շարժել ու համակրանքին արժանանալ, բայց իրականում այդ անտարբերությունը չի հաղթահարվում։ «Էլիտաները» ճիշտ կանեն մի պահ կանգ առնել և հասկանալ՝ ինչու է ժողովուրդը հանդուրժող ու ընկճված վիճակում հետևում Հայաստանում և դրա շուրջ տեղի ունեցող ամեն ինչին։
Սա ամենակարևոր հարցերից մեկն է, որի մասին հաստատ արժի խորհել․ չի կարող առանց ժողովրդի լինել պետություն, չի կարող առանց ժողովրդի լինել քաղաքականություն։ Այո՛, պետք է հասկանալ, թե ինչու է մեր ժողովուրդը մտահոգ ու ընկճված և մեծ հաշվով չի արձագանքում որևէ գործընթացի կամ որևէ քաղաքական գործչի։
