Հայաստանը աշխարհի ամենաանվտանգ երկրներից մեկն է, քանի որ հայ ազգը չունի բնական մղում դեպի հանցագործությունները. Եթե մենք համեմատենք 2018 թվականին և հիմա, առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործություն ների թիվը աճել է 10 անգամ։ Այս մասին իր ուղերձում նշել է «Մեր ձեւով» արժման համակարգող Նարեկ Կարապետյանը։
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Ես ունեմ իմ կարծիքը, թե ինչու է դա տեղի ունեցել և ուզում եմ կիսվել ձեզ հետ։ Իմ կարծիքն այն է, որ մեր ամբողջ ուժային կառույցների պոտենցիալը ուղղորդվում է քաղաքականապես ոչ իշխանական ուժերի, գործիչների, գործարարների և մարդկանց դեմ։ Մինչև 2018 թվականը յոթ տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանում եղել էր 100,000 հանցագործություն։ 2018 թվականից մինչև այսօր Հայաստանում 220,000 հանցագործություն է տեղի ունեցել, բացվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Մեր օպոնենտները կասեն, որ այդ քրեական վարույթները նրա համար են ստեղծվել, որ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքար է։ Տարվա կտրվածքով, օրինակ, 2024 թվականին, քրեական վարույթների ընդամենը մեկ տոկոսն է հակակոռուպցիոն, այսինքն ի՞նչ է կատարվում Հայաստանում, եթե դու, օրինակ, ապրում ես Վայքում, ակտիվ գործարար ես, բայց ունես ընդդիմադիր հայացքներ, մեկ էլ մի օր հայտնվում է մի ՔՊ-ական, ով 100% դիմելու է դատախազին և ասի, որ քո տարածքի այն չորս մետրը, որ դու ունեցել ես, ինչ-որ պրոբլեմ ունի և դրա վրա բացվի քրեական վարույթ։
Այսպիսի քրեական գործերը հարյուրավոր են և հիմնական նպատակը, որպեսզի ընդդիմախոսներին լռեցնեն։
Բազում են դեպքերը այս վերջին ժամանակները, երբ մենք տեսնում ենք, թե ինչքան վենդետաներ կան, ինչքան սպանություններ կան մեր երկրում և հիմնական պատճառը ուժային կառույցների չզբաղվելն է այդ գործերով, այլ նրանք զբաղվում են, օրինակ, Էջմիածնի ընտրություններով։
Մյուս հարցը բերդերի և կալանավորված մարդկանց վիճակն է։ Վերջին յոթ տարում ձերբակալվածների թիվը մեր երկրում աճել է յոթ անգամ, տարեկան 7000 մարդու ձերբակալում են Հայաստանում, իսկ 2018 թվականին իրենց առաջին տարում ընդամենը 900 հոգի էր ձերբակալվել։
Մեզ ցույց են տալիս երկաթե մանդատ, անգամ աշխատանքային ժամին աշխատանքային նկար են գցում երկաթե մուրճը նկարի մեջ, դա երկաթե մուրճ չի, դա ձեռնաշղթաներ են հայ ժողովրդի համար։
Եթե մենք ևս հինգ տարի այս մարդուն պահենք, ինձ թվում է տասնյակ հազարավոր նոր մեր հայրենակիցներ իրենց ձեռքերին ունենալու են այդ ձեռնաշղթաներ։ Վստահեցնում ենք ձեզ, որ հավասարակշռված կառավարությունը իր հիմնական գործունեությունը, հիմնական աշխատանքը տանելու է ազատություն ապահովելու վրա, օրինականություն ապահովելու վրա, ուժային կառույցները պետք է զբաղվեն իրենց հիմնական գործունեությամբ և կզբաղվեն»։
