Փաշինյանը կատաղել էր ԵԽԽՎ պատվիրակի հարցից

ԵԽԽՎ նստաշրջանում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ելույթն ամենևին էլ հարթ չի անցել․ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը հունից դուրս է եկել, երբ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի պահպանողական կուսակցության պատգամավոր Էդվարդ Լեյը Վաշինգտոնի հռչակագրի ստորագրման համատեքստում հիշատակել է այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» արտահայտությունը։
Հայամետ նախաձեռնություններով հայտնի պատվիրակը Փաշինյանին հարցրել է, թե արդյոք այդ միջանցքի ստեղծումը նույնչափ բխո՞ւմ է Հայաստանի շահերից, որքան Ադրբեջանի շահերից։ «Ձեր նշած խոսույթը ընդհանրապես գոյություն չունի և բացակայում է այդ փաստաթղթերում։ Ես ուզում եմ ընդգծել․ դուք օգտագործում եք «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» արտահայտությունը։ Որտեղի՞ց այդ արտահայտությունը ձեզ։ Նման բան ոչ մի փաստաթղթում չկա, չի եղել և, համոզված եղեք, չի լինի Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան համաձայնեցված որևէ փաստաթղթում»,– գրեթե բղավել է Փաշինյանը։
«Խաղաղությունը խնամք է պահանջում։ Այդ խնամքի կարևոր ատրիբուտը լեգիտիմ բառապաշարի կիրառումն է։ Իմ ելույթներում չկա ոչ մի բառ, որի ծագումնաբանությունը չկարողանամ ցույց տալ Վաշինգտոնում ընդունված փաստաթղթերից»,– շեշտել է նա՝ հավելելով, թե «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» արտահայտությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության կոպտագույն խախտում է։
Իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան Փաշինյանի այս ոչ ադեկվատ բղավոցները փորձում է ներկայացնել իբր լուրջ ձեռքբերում, բայց փաստն այն է, որ միջազգային կարևոր ատյանում էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իրեն պահել չգիտի, հարցերին փաստարկված հակադարձելու ընդունակ չէ․ փոխարենը նման պահվածքով ապացուցում է բոլոր մտահոգությունները։ Իսկ Վաշինգտոնի հռչակագրին հղում անելիս ավելի լավ է չմոռանա, որ Դոնալդ Թրամփն արդեն որերորդ անգամ մոռանում է իր անունը։ Երեկ էլ, խոսելով Փաշինյանի մասին, Թրամփն ասել էր․ «...այն մյուս տղան»։ Դա է բնորոշում, թե ինչ վերաբերմունք ունեն Փաշինյանի հանդեպ Արևմուտքում։
