Եվրոպական վերաբերմունք Հայաստանին. նվաստացրել են պաշտոնական պատվիրակությանը

Եվրամիության անդամ Բուլղարիայում օրերս տեղի ունեցած միջադեպը լավ օրինակ է, թե իրականում ինչպես են վերաբերվում Հայաստանին այդ միությունում: Սոֆիայի «Վասիլ Լևսկի» օդանավակայանում տեղի ունեցած աղմկահարույց դիվանագիտական սկանդալը պետք է որ միշտ դաս լինի Հայաստանի համար:
Հոկտեմբերի 1-ին Բուլղարիա ժամանած հայկական պատվիրակությունը՝ Անի քաղաքի քաղաքապետ Արման Սարիբեկյանի գլխավորությամբ, ենթարկվել է նվաստացուցիչ զննության: Ըստ հաղորդումների, նրանց ստիպել են ամբողջությամբ մերկանալ, հարցաքննել են և մի քանի ժամ պահել ծառայողական տարածքներում: Պատվիրակությունը Բուլղարիա էր ժամանել Նովի Պազար քաղաքի քաղաքապետ Գեորգի Գեորգիևի հրավերով: Բուլղարիա այցելած բոլոր պաշտոնյաներն ու ուղեկցողները ունեցել են անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթեր և Շենգենյան վիզաներ, որոնք տրամադրվել էին Բուլղարիայի դեսպանատան կողմից Երևանում:
Այնուամենայնիվ, ժամանումից հետո՝ գիշերը, նրանց կանգնեցրել է սահմանային ոստիկանությունը: Պատվիրակությունը ազատ է արձակվել միայն երկուսուկես ժամ անց: Հայաստանի դեսպանը Սոֆիայում՝ Ծովինար Համբարձումյանը, պաշտոնական բողոքի նոտա է հղել Բուլղարիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարին՝ դատապարտելով «բարեկամ երկրի պաշտոնական պատվիրակության հանդեպ անընդունելի և նվաստացուցիչ վերաբերմունքը»:
Որևէ արձագանք Բուլղարիայի իշխանությունների կողմից առայժմ չկա, ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն էլ չի հանդգում կանչել այդ երկրի դեսպանին ու պաշտոնական բողոք ներկայացնել՝ փորձելով ծածկադմփոց անել: Բայց սա հրաշալի օրինակ է, թե ինչ է Արևմուտքը իրականում մտածում «երրորդ աշխարհի» երկրների մասին՝ նույնիսկ ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունների՝ դեպի ԵՄ անզուսպ և վտանգավոր ընթացքի ֆոնին:
