Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

Նիկոլ, խաբար ես չէ՞, որ Թուրքիայի, Ադրբեջանի և մի շարք թյուրքական երկրների բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցւչներ այդպես էլ չեն հասկանում, որ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» չկա: Այդ անիրավները, հերիք չի քեզ չեն լսում ու չեն հարգում, նույնիսկ չեն էլ վախենում:
 
Ուրեմն, Նիկոլ ջան, մինչ դու (չուժոյ պախմել) Շարմ էլ Շեյխի «խաղաղության» գագաթնաժողովում, Պակիստանի վարչապետին, հիշեցնում էիր, որ վերջերս դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների մասին ինչ-որ թուղթ եք ստորագրել, այդ նույն ժամանակ Իսլամաբադում տեղի է ունեցել հետևյալը (երեկ):

Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի նախագահը, եռակողմ հանդիպման բացման արարողության ժամանակ, նշել է որ ««Թրամփի երթուղի» ծրագրի իրականացմամբ Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը Եվրասիայի կարևոր տրանսպորտային հանգույց կդառնա»։
 
Իսկ Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանի խոսնակը, նույն հանդիպման ընթացքում ասել է. «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի գործարկումը կխթանի տարածաշրջանի երկրների միջև տնտեսական և քաղաքական սերտ կապերը և կբարձրացնի նաև Միջին միջանցքի ռազմավարական նշանակությունը»։

Հիմա ի՞նչ է սա նշանակում.
 
քո հերթական, աղետաբեր խաբեութո՞ւնն է սեփական ժողովրդին, թե՞ «խաղաղության» անվան տակ նոր բախում հրահրող հարևանների անհարգալից վերաբերմունքն է Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության և տարածքային ամբողջականության նկատմամբ:
