Ադրբեջանը կրկին առաջ է քաշում Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու պահանջը։ Արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ, Ֆինլանդիայի արտգործնախարար Էլինա Վալտոնենի հետ Բաքվում կայացած հանդիպման ընթացքում կրկին խոսել է ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունից, ընդգծել է խաղաղության համաձայնագրի ստորագրման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկվելիք հաջորդ քայլերը և Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունում Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջների վերացման անհրաժեշտությունը։ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում է, թե կողմերը դրական են գնահատել ԵԱՀԿ ինստիտուտների՝ Մինսկի գործընթացի գործող նախագահի հատուկ ներկայացուցչի և բարձր մակարդակի պլանավորման խմբի գործունեությունը կասեցնելու որոշումը, որոնք կորցրել են իրենց ֆունկցիոնալ նշանակությունը։

Փաստացի, Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարն այս կերպ պատասխանում է իր հայ գործընկերոջը՝ Արարատ Միրզոյանին։ Վերջինս նույն այդ Վալտոնենի հետ Երևանում կայացած ասուլիսում նախօրեին հայտարարել էր, թե Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է առաջ քաշել Սահմանադրության փոփոխման պահանջ, որի հետ հայկական կողմը հաշտ չէ և ցանկություն չունի այն իրականացնելու։

Ըստ էության, Ադրբեջանը կրկին պնդում է, որ խաղաղության համաձայնագիր կարող է կնքվել միայն Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության մեջ փոփոխություններ անելու դեպքում, ինչը, նշենք, բացարձակ անիրատեսական է, քանի որ Հայաստանի որևէ ողջամիտ և հայրենասեր քաղաքացի սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի ժամանակ չի քվեարկի Փաշինյանի ներկայացրած դավաճանական փոփոխությունների օգտին։ Այս պարագայում, ի դեպ, Ադրբեջանը կրկնակի շահած է դուրս գալիս. կհանե՞ն Սահմանադրությունից Անկախության հռչակագիրը՝ իրենց համար ավելի լավ, չեն հանի՞՝ Ադրբեջանը նոր ռազմական էսկալացիայի սկսելու հիմքեր կստեղծի իր համար։
