«Օրենքի» երկրում իշխանությունն անցել է տոտալ ապօրինությունների

Ինչպես և ավելի վաղ կանխատեսել էինք, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ իր պայքարում պատրաստ է օգտագործել ամենակեղտոտ մեթոդները՝ կոմպրոմատների տարածումը, ընդ որում, Փաշինյանի թիմին բոլորովին չի մտահոգում, որ այս կոմպրոմատների շատ մեծ մասը առանձնապես իրենցից ոչինչ չեն ներկայացնում։ Կարևորը արված աղմուկն է, հարակից քարոզիչների, իշխանության սազանդարների միջոցով եկեղեցուն հարվածելը, տպավորություն ստեղծելը, թե իբր Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցին օրենք է խախտում։


Իշխանական լրատվամիջոցներում երեկ հրապարակվեց մի ձայնագրություն, որտեղ ենթադրաբար, Աղան աբեղա Երնջակյանը Նաթան արքեպիսկոպոս Հովհաննիսյանի հետ զրույցում դժգոհում է, թե իրեն կաթողիկոսը ստիպել է մասնակցել հակաիշխանական ցույցերի։ Դատախազությունն անմիջապես արձագանքել է, քրեական վարույթ հարուցել տարածված ձայնագրության վերաբերյալ։ Ու առաջին հերթին պետք է պարզել՝ արդյոք այդ ձայնագրությունը արվել է օրինական հիմքերով, դատարանի որոշմամբ, թե պարզապես գործող իշխանությունները տոտալ գաղտնալսում են իրենց ընդդիմախոսներին՝ խախտելով օրենքի տառը։

Ի դեպ, միջազգային պրակտիկայում ընդունված է, որ եթե նման ձայնագրությունները կամ կոմպրոմատները արվել են ոչ դատարանի որոշմամբ և օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, ապա դրանք ապացույց համարել չի կարելի։ Մայր Աթոռը հեռախոսային խոսակցությունների գաղտնիության խախտումը հանցագործություն է որակել, նշել, որ իշխանությունների կողմից եկեղեցու դեմ սանձազերծված գործողությունների շրջանակում իրավապահ և դատական համակարգը լծված է հակաեկեղեցական ապօրինի հրահանգների իրագործմանը, իսկ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսին վերագրվող նման արտահայտությունների շրջանառման նպատակն է վարկաբեկել և թշնամանք հարուցել եկեղեցու և եկեղեցականների նկատմամբ։

Ըստ էության, գործող իշխանությունները չեն կարողանում պատասխանել մեկ հարցի՝ որտեղի՞ց իշխանական լրատվամիջոցին, այն էլ՝ Փաշինյանի ընտանիքին պատկանող, նման ձայնագրություն և ինչո՞ւ է այն հայտնվել հենց հիմա, եթե ըստ տեղեկությունների ձայնագրությունը կատարվել է 2023 թ․-ին։ Պարզ է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այդ ձայնագրությունները պահպանել է իր արխիվում՝ դրանք անհրաժեշտ պահին հրապարակայնացնելու համար, իսկ յուրաքանչյուրը, ով լսել է այդ ձայնագրությունը, կարող է փաստել, որ այնտեղ քրեորեն պատժելի որևէ քայլ գոյություն չունի։ Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոսը, Նաթան արքեպիսկոպոսը, ցանկացած հոգևորական նույնպիսի ՀՀ քաղաքացի է, և ինչպես յուրաքանչյուրը, կարող է արտահայտել իր կարծիքը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության դեմ։
