Փաշինյանի պոպուլիզմը՝ ազգային անվտանգության սպառնալիք

Հայաստանում զինվորական ծառայությունը կրճատվում է մինչև մեկուկես տարի։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ հայտարարել է, որ այս ձմեռային զորակոչին բանակ գնացողները կծառայեն ոչ թե երկու, այլ մեկուկես տարի։ «Որոշել ենք, որ օրենքն ավելի շուտ ուժի մեջ մտնի՝ 2026 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից։ Այսինքն՝ 2026 թվականի ձմեռային զորակոչից ժամկետային զինծառայությունը երկու տարվա փոխարեն կլինի մեկուկես տարի», - ասել է Փաշինյանը։
Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը սեպտեմբերին շրջանառության մեջ դրել էր զինծառայության ժամկետը կես տարով կրճատելու նախագիծը՝ այն հիմնավորմամբ, որ պայմանագրային զինծառայողների թիվը աճել է և գրավիչ քայլեր են արել այդ ուղղությամբ։ Ընդդիմությունը քննադատում է այս քայլը՝ նշելով, որ դրա պատճառով բանակը համալրման խիստ կարիք է ունենալու։
Որ բանակում 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո որակական որևէ բարեփոխում չի իրականացվել, պարզ է յուրաքանչյուրին։ Իսկ Փաշինյանի այս քայլը բացառապես նախընտրական տրամաբանության շրջանակներում է։ Հանրությանը «կես տարի» նվիրելով՝ ցանկանում է ստանալ ապագա զինծառայողներ ունեցողների ձայները, իսկ թե դա ինչ հետևանքներ կունենա բանակի, մարտական հերթապահության և դիրքերը պաշտպանելու հնարավորությունների վրա, թերևս Փաշինյանին չի հուզում։ Կամ էլ, ինչն ավելի տրամաբանական է այս իշխանությունների պարագայում, միտումնավոր, թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի հրահանգով քանդում է ՀՀ պաշտպանունակության հիմքերը։
