Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձում է այլընտրանքային կաթողիկոսություն ստեղծել Հովհաննավանքում, NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Արգիշտի Կիվիրյանը:
«Այս պրակտիկան հայոց պատմության մեջ նախկինում էլ է գոյություն ունեցել. չորս կաթողիկոսարան է եղել: Հայ ազգը փոխանակ մտածի մեկը պահպանելու մասին, պառակտում է եկեղեցին:
Փորձ է արվում ստեղծելու նոր կրոնական շարժում: Փաշինյանը նաև սկսել է քահանաներին օծել, ինչը նոր պրակտիկա է: Նա կարող է սա օգտագործել եկեղեցու վրա հարձակվելու համար՝ քահանաներին շանտաժի ենթարկելով, որ նրանք հանձնվեն՝ սպառնալով ստեղծել այլընտրանքային կրոնական շարժում, եթե հրաժարվեն:
Հնարավոր է, որ Փաշինյանը նաև ֆիզիկական հարձակում սկսի Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի վրա»,- նշել է Կիվիրյանը:
Ըստ նրա՝ իշխանությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ իրենց արժեքային համակարգը հանգում է իրենց լծակների միջոցով վենդետա իրականացնելուն:
«Փաշինյանը որևէ արգելք չունի, և եթե որոշի կալանավորել Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոս Գարեգին II-ին, ապա դա կանի։ Եթե որոշի այրել Էջմիածինը, ապա դա էլ կանի», - նշել է փորձագետը։
Կիվիրյանի խոսքով՝ Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոսը պետք է հասկանար, որ կարող է ազատորեն գործել, եթե ունենար իշխանությունների աջակցությունը։
«Ես առաջարկեցի, որ կաթողիկոսը կանչի Հովհաննավանքի արդեն նախկին քահանա Ստեփան Ասատրյանին (նախկինում՝ Հայր Արամ Ասատրյան - խմբ.) և նրան գայթակղիչ առաջարկ անի ծառայելու, ասենք, Ավստրալիայի, Շվեյցարիայի կամ Կանադայի որևէ թեմում։ Նրան կփրկեին Փաշինյանի չանչերից։ Դրանից հետո, կես տարի, մեկ տարի անց, Մայր Աթոռը կարող էր լուծել Հովհաննավանքի հարցերը։ Այդ դեպքում նոր կրոնական համայնք ստեղծելու փորձ չէր լինի։
Ավելին, քահանաները կարող էին փոփոխություններ և բարեփոխումներ իրականացնել և ավելի ուժեղ դուրս գալ այս իրավիճակից։
Մյուս թեմերը և Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոսությունը պետք է աջակցություն հայտնեն Էջմիածնին և ընդգծեն նրա գերակայությունը։ Նրանք պետք է ցույց տան Փաշինյանի անձը անընդունելի է իրենց համար»,- ընդգծել է Կիվիրյանը։
