Եվրոպա ձգտող իշխանության ստեղծած վախի մթնոլորտը

Եվրոպական արժեքներից խոսող ներկայիս իշխանությունը, ժողովրդավարության բարձր կարգախոսներով հանդես գալով, իրականում ստեղծել է բացարձակ վախի մթնոլորտ։ Այն, ինչ պետք է լիներ ազատության ու օրենքի գերակայության խորհրդանիշ, վերածվել է քաղաքական հաշվեհարդարի և ճնշման գործիքի։

Վերջին ամիսների իրադարձությունները ցույց են տալիս՝ իշխանությունն ամեն կերպ փորձում է լռեցնել ցանկացած անկախ ձայն, լինի դա հոգևոր, հասարակական, թե տնտեսական դաշտում։ Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու Սրբազանների և եկեղեցականների նկատմամբ հարձակումներն արդեն դարձել են համակարգային՝ ուղղված ազգային ինքնության ու հավատքի հիմքերի դեմ։

Հաջորդ թիրախը դարձան համայնքների ղեկավարները։ Վարդան Ղուկասյանի, Դավիթ Համբարձումյանի և մի շարք այլ ընտրված քաղաքապետերի դեմ իրականացվող գործողությունները ոչ թե իրավական են, այլ քաղաքական։ Նրանց ձերբակալությունները ուղիղ ուղերձ են մյուսներին՝ «մի՛ փորձեք անկախ լինել իշխանությունից»։

Արդարադատության համակարգը գործի է դրվել ընդդիմախոսների դեմ՝ փաստաբանների նկատմամբ գործերի հարուցմամբ, քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստների և հասարակական շարժումների մասնակիցների հետապնդմամբ։ «Մեր ձևով» շարժման անդամ Ռուբեն Մխիթարյանի դեպքը ևս մեկ օրինակ է, թե ինչպես է պետությունը իր ողջ ռեսուրսը կիրառում վախի և լռության մթնոլորտ ձևավորելու համար։

Բարերար և գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի նկատմամբ իրականացվող քաղաքական հալածանքները դուրս են նույնիսկ ներքին պայքարի շրջանակներից։ Մարդը, որը տարիներ շարունակ ներդրել է հայրենիքի տնտեսության մեջ, դարձել է իշխանական համակարգի թիրախ՝ միայն այն պատճառով, որ չի համակերպվել և արտահայտել է սեփական դիրքորոշումը։

Այս ամենը բացահայտում է խորքային ճգնաժամը. Հայաստանը շեղվել է ժողովրդավարական ճանապարհից և վերածվել է իշխանական խմբակի վերահսկած պետության։ Եվրոպա ձգտող իշխանությունը ժողովրդավարություն է քարոզում դրսում, բայց ներսում հաստատում է վախի ու լռության մի համակարգ, որտեղ ցանկացած այլախոհ պատժվում է։

Այսօր Հայաստանի հասարակությունը կանգնած է ընտրության առաջ՝ ընդունե՞լ վախի մթնոլորտը որպես նոր իրականություն, թե՞ բարձրաձայնել ազատության, արժանապատվության և արդարության պահանջը։ Ժողովրդավարությունը չի կարող գոյություն ունենալ այնտեղ, որտեղ մարդիկ վախենում են խոսել։ Իսկ եթե վախը դառնում է քաղաքականության հիմքը, ապա իշխանությունը վաղ թե ուշ կկործանի ոչ թե միայն իրեն, այլ նաև պետության հիմքերը։
