Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն երեկ հայտարարեց, որ Ապարանում կաշառք ստանալու և տալու մեղադրանքներով ձերբակալվել է 9 անձ։ Ձերբակալվածներից երեքն Ապարանի համայնքապետարանի աշխատակիցներ են, որոնցից մեկը բաժնի պետն է։ Այլ մանրամասներ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն չի հայտնում։

Ինչպես կանխատեսելի էր, գործող իշխանությունները թիրախի տակ են պահում բոլոր այն ՏԻՄ մարմինները, որտեղ ղեկավարում են ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչները, և Ապարանն էլ բացառություն չէ։ Իհարկե, այնտեղ էլ հնարավոր են կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումներ, և փաշինյանական իշխանությունը Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայությանը, ԱԱԾ-ին և Հակակոռուպցիոն ու Քննչական կոմիտեներին հանձնարարել է մանրամասն ուսումնասիրել բոլոր համայնքապետարանները, որոնք վերջին շրջանում անցկացնում են անակնկալ ստուգայցեր և փորձում տարբեր մեքենայություններ հայտնաբերել։

Ըստ էության, Գյումրիի քաղաքապետի կալանավորումից և Մասիսի քաղաքապետի դատապարտումից հետո ակնհայտ է, որ գրեթե բոլոր ՏԻՄ-երը, որոնք ղեկավարվում են ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչների կողմից, լինելու են իշխանության թիրախում։

Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ, Փաշինյանը չի ցանկանում որևէ վարչական լծակ թողնել ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչների ձեռքում, ուստի նրա գործողությունները հասկանալի են։ Առաջիկայում թիրախավորելու են նաև այլ ընդդիմադիր համայնքապետեր։ Թեպետ կոնկրետ Ապարանի գործով քաղաքապետ Կարեն Եղիազարյանին մեղադրանք չի առաջադրվել, բայց նման մեթոդներով նրան ևս փորձում են «կրունկի տակ» պահել՝ թույլ չտալով ընտրություններին ընդառաջ ակտիվություն ցուցաբերել։

Որոշ համայնքապետերի փորձելու են գնել՝ խոստանալով սուբսիդիաներ և դոտացիաներ, իսկ որոշների նկատմամբ կկիրառվեն ուժային և իրավական մեթոդներ։
