Իշխանությունը կարող է գնալ արտահերթի

Հայաստանի շուրջ և Հայաստանում ընթացող քաղաքական գործընթացներին զուգընթաց, բավականին ակտիվություն է նկատվում իշխող քաղաքական ուժի շարքերում։ Հիշեցնենք, «Քաղպայմանագիրը» հայտարարել էր, թե կուսակցության ընտրական ցուցակը ձևավորելու են այսպես կոչված ինքնառաջադրումների, վճարումների և պրայմերիզների միջոցով։ Այս օրերին տարբեր քպականներ սոցցանցերում ներկայացնում են իրենց ինքնառաջադրման դիմումները, իսկ թե ով որքան գումար է վճարում կուսակցության գանձարան, չի հաղորդում։ Առաջինը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էր, ով հայտարարեց, թե առաջադրվում է, ապա նաև էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը և այդպես շարունակ։
Թե որքան մարդ է առաջադրվել, «Քաղպայմանագիրը» դեռ չի հայտնում։ Գարնանը, հավանաբար՝ մարտին, ՔՊ-ն կհայտարարի արտահերթ համաժողով անցկացնելու մասին և այդ համաժողովում էլ ընտրական ցուցակի առաջին 30 համարը ձևավորելու մասին։ Իսկ պայքարը անցողիկ տեղերում հայտնվելու համար ՔՊ-ում բավական թեժ է։
Իշխանության այս շտապողականությունը շատերին դեռևս հիմքեր է տալիս ենթադրելու, որ «Քաղպայմանագիրը» չի կորցրել արտահերթ ընտրությունների գնալու մտադրությունը։ Հատկապես այս օրերին, երբ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանի խոստացած քաղաքական ուժը ձևավորվում է «Հայամետ» կուսակցություն անվանումով։ Իսկ «Մեր ձևով» շարժման համակարգող և, ըստ ամենայնի, կուսակցության առաջատար դեմքերից մեկը հանդիսացող Նարեկ Կարապետյանն էլ մեկնել է նույն Նյու Յորք և հարցազրույց տվել ամերիկյան ամենահայտնի լրագրողներից մեկին՝ Թաքեր Կարլսոնին։
Իշխանությունը դեմ չէ արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնել, հատկապես Վաղարշապատի ընտրություններից հետո, որտեղ, եթե հաջողվի ապահովել անհրաժեշտ ձայները և հաղթանակ տանել, Փաշինյանը ոգևորության ալիքի վրա կգնա արտահերթ ընտրությունների՝ անակնկալի բերելով գործող ընդդիմադիր դաշտին, որը դեռևս համախմբման միտումներ չի ցուցաբերում և շարունակում է իրար գզելու գործընթացները։ Ամեն դեպքում ընդդիմադիր ուժերը պետք է հստակ գիտակցեն, որ իշխանությունը մի քանի պլան ունի տարբեր իրավիճակների, այդ թվում՝ ֆորս մաժորայինի համար, և հարկավոր է փաշինյանական իշխանությանը զրկել մանևրայնությունից։
