Վահան Քերոբյանին կրկին ձերբակալել են. ո՞րն է պատճառը

Էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Վահան Քերոբյանն արդեն երկրորդ անգամ է ձերբակալվում, նրա տանը իրավապահները խուզարկություն են իրականացրել։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Քննչական կոմիտեն երեկ ձերբակալել է 9 անձ, այդ թվում՝ Քերոբյանին, իսկ ևս 3 անձի ձերբակալելու որոշում կա։ Ընդ որում, նշվում է, թե ձերբակալությունը կապ չունի Քերոբյանի նախարար աշխատած ժամանակաշրջանի հետ։ Նա մեղադրվում է շուրջ 17 տարի առաջ տեղի ունեցած կոռուպցիոն գործով՝ իբր հանցավոր կազմակերպությանը մասնակցելու և առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի փողերի լվացման մեղադրանքներով։
Ըստ Քննչական կոմիտեի՝ նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ ստեղծվել է հանցավոր կազմակերպություն, որը կեղծ փաստաթղթերով 2008-2014 թվականներին հափշտակել է Երևանի համայնքին պատկանող շուրջ 74 հա մակերեսով հողատարածքներ, որոնք գրավադրվել են բանկերում՝ ստանալով 10 միլիոն և ավելի դոլարի վարկեր։ Հանցավոր կազմակերպությունն իբր ստեղծել են Էրեբունու գինու-կոնյակի գործարանի սեփականատեր Հովհաննես Մարգարյանն ու նախկին «Սթար» սուպերմարկետների ցանցի և «Արզնի» հանքային ջրերի գործարանի սեփականատեր Գևորգ Աֆանդյանը։ Աֆանդյանն էլ ձերբակալված է։
Վահան Քերոբյանը էկոնոմիկայի նախարար է նշանակվել 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերին՝ պատերազմից անմիջապես հետո, երբ 4 տարի պաշտոնավարելուց հետո ազատվել և կալանավորվել էր՝ մեղադրվելով պաշտոնեական դիրքի չարաշահման հոդվածով։ Նա չի ընդունում թե՛ նախկին մեղադրանքները և թե՛ նոր մեղադրանքները, որոնք առաջադրվել են, իսկ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը շարունակում է հետապնդել իր իսկ նախկին պաշտոնյային։
Ընդ որում, ակնհայտ է, որ այս դեպքում էլ գործ ունենք քաղաքական հետապնդման հետ, թեպետ ինքը՝ Վահան Քերոբյանը, ակտիվ չէ քաղաքական ասպարեզում, բայց նրա ընտանիքի անդամները, օրինակ՝ Ռազմարդյունաբերության կոմիտեի նախկին նախագահ Ավետիք Քերոբյանը, «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության ակտիվ անդամ է։ Եվ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ Փաշինյանը փորձում է ազատվել բոլոր հնարավոր մրցակիցներից, նաև այն անձանցից, ովքեր կարող են ինչ-որ բաներ բացահայտել գործող իշխանությունների հանցավոր գործունեության վերաբերյալ։
