Եվրոպական դեսպանները սկսել են գերակտիվություն ցուցաբերել

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել Հայաստանում հավատարմագրված Եվրոպական միության անդամ պետությունների դեսպանների հետ։ Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել է նաև ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Վասիլիս Մարագոսը։ Փաշինյանն ու դեսպանները քննարկել են Հայաստան-Եվրոպական միություն հարաբերությունների ընթացիկ օրակարգը, վերջին շրջանում արձանագրված առաջընթացը և հետագա համագործակցության հեռանկարները։
Ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության՝ մտքեր են փոխանակվել օգոստոսի 8-ին Վաշինգտոնում տեղի ունեցած Խաղաղության գագաթնաժողովի արդյունքում տարածաշրջանում ձևավորված իրավիճակի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հաստատված խաղաղության, տարածաշրջանում հաղորդակցության ուղիների ապաշրջափակմանը միտված քայլերի, այդ թվում՝ TRIPP և «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագծերի շուրջ։ Երեկ ավելի վաղ նույն այդ դեսպանները Անվտանգության խորհրդի գրասենյակում հանդիպել են Արմեն Գրիգորյանին, ապա ժամանել խորհրդարան, որտեղ առանձին հանդիպումներ են ունեցել ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանի և ԱԺ նախագահի հետ։
Քննարկվել են թե՛ Վաշինգտոնում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները, թե՛ համագործակցության ընթացիկ օրակարգը, նույնիսկ Հայաստան-Թուրքիա կարգավորման գործընթացը։ Որքան փորձեցինք հիշել, մեկ անգամ նման ակտիվ հանդիպումների շարք ԵՄ դեսպանները երբևէ չեն ունեցել, ինչը վկայում է Արևմուտքի խիստ հետաքրքրվածությունը ներհայաստանյան և Հայաստանի շուրջ ծավալվող իրադարձությունների նկատմամբ, հատկապես խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ։ Ավելի վաղ գրել էինք, որ Արևմուտքը մտադիր է քաղաքական, ֆինանսական ու փորձագիտական օգնություն ցուցաբերել փաշինյանական իշխանությանը, որպեսզի վերջիններիս վերարտադրությունը կարողանա ապահովել։ Բնական է, որ բոլոր չորս հանդիպումներում էլ քննարկման առանցքը հենց այդ հանգամանքն է եղել։
