Ազգային ժողովում միջադեպ է եղել վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա թիմակից Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի միջև։ Հաջորդ տարվա պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկումն անակնկալ ընդմիջվել էր 20 րոպեով, որովհետև դահլիճում չէր պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը, որն այդ պահին պետք է զեկույցով հանդես գար։

Նշենք, որ պատգամավորները նկատել են՝ դահլիճում գտնվող վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շատ կոշտ է արձագանքել Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի բացակայությանը։ Փաշինյանի դժգոհությունը նկատվել է նաև տարածված տեսանյութերից։ Ինքը՝ Քոչարյանը, նիստերի դահլիճ էր մտել ընդմիջում հայտարարելուց անմիջապես հետո և փորձել էր պարզաբանումներ ներկայացնել թիմակիցներին, այդ թվում՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։

Նա մեղքը բարդել էր քարտուղարության աշխատակիցների վրա՝ պնդելով, թե իրեն նախապես տեղյակ չեն պահել իր ելույթի մասին։ Զայրացած Փաշինյանը ընդմիջումից հետո բոյկոտել էր Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի ելույթը։

Մեկ այլ միջադեպ էլ տեղի է ունեցել այսօր, երբ Փաշինյանը բարկացել է արդեն ողջ խմբակցության վրա։ Առավոտյան խմբակցությանը չէր հաջողվել քվորում ապահովել, և նիստը չէր մեկնարկել նախատեսված ժամին։

Տարածված կադրերում պարզ երևում է, որ նա բարկանում է ԱԺ նախագահի վրա, վերցնում նոթբուքն ու դուրս գալիս գրեթե դատարկ ԱԺ նիստերի դահլիճից։ Խմբակցությունում այժմ վստահ են, որ Փաշինյանը չի ներելու իր նվաստացումը Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին։ Առանց այն էլ՝ վերջինիս տանել չի կարողանում։
