«Ահա թե ինչպիսին է Երևանի համբույրը»․ ռուսական հատուկ ծառայության մեղադրանքը

Ռուսաստանի արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայությունը հրապարակել է «Երևանի համբույրը» վերնագրով զեկույցը, որում ասվում է «քաղաքական պատճառներով» Մոսկվայի հետ «կապերը խզելու» վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի մտադրության մասին։ «Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայության մամուլի բյուրոն հայտնում է, որ ՌԴ ԱՀԾ-ին հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ Ֆրանսիայի Եվրոպայի և արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունում՝ Քե դ’Օրսեում, զարմանք են ապրում։ Մի կողմից՝ ցնծալու առիթ կա. Քե դ’Օրսե է ներթափանցել այն տեղեկությունը, որ Երևանը պատրաստ է թուլացնել Մոսկվայի հետ կապող ևս մեկ թել։
Երկար տարիներ Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանից էր գնում հացահատիկ։ Այժմ հայերը, ինչպես ասում են, քաղաքական նկատառումներից ելնելով, «ցանկանում են խզել կապը» Մոսկվայի հետ և օգնություն ցուցաբերել Ուկրաինային՝ անհրաժեշտ ծավալի հացահատիկի մի մասը ձեռք բերելով «անկախներից»։
Սակայն ահա անհաջողությունը՝ ուկրաինական հացահատիկն ավելի քան կիսով չափ թանկ է։ Այնուամենայնիվ, ինչպես ընդգծում է Երևանը, դա սկզբունքի հարց է՝ բարեկամությունը բարեկամություն է, բայց գումարը՝ այլ է։ Բրյուսելից խնդրում են փոխհատուցել ուկրաինական հացահատիկի ավելցուկային արժեքը։ «Ահա թե ինչպիսին է Երևանի համբույրը»,– ասվում է Ռուսաստանի արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայության հայտարարության մեջ։
ՌԴ ԱՀԾ-ին երեկ խորհրդարանում արձագանքել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ հայտարարությունն անհեթեթություն որակելով։ Իսկ ՌԴ նախագահի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովն ի պատասխան նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանի արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայությունը երբեք մերկապարանոց հաղորդագրություններ չի տարածում։
Այդուհանդերձ, ռուսական հատուկ ծառայության հայտարարությանը պետք է լուրջ վերաբերվել, որքան էլ այդ ծառայության ղեկավար Սերգեյ Նարիշկինը ջերմ հարաբերություններ ունի ադրբեջանցի օլիգարխ Գոդ Նիսանովի հետ։ Պեսկովի արձագանքը վկայում է, որ սա միայն Նարիշկինի նախաձեռնությունը չէ, այլ թելադրված է Կրեմլից, որտեղ մտահոգություններ ունեն ՀՀ իշխանությունների գործողությունների հետևանքով։
