Փաշինյանը խոստովանեց երեք ամիս անց

Վաշինգտոնում օգոստոսի 8-ին կնքված հռչակագրով որևէ ժամկետ չէր նշվում, բայց նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ներկայությամբ հայտարարել էր, թե Հայաստանի վարչապետն իրեն խոստացել է, որ միջանցքի զարգացման հայ-ամերիկյան բացառիկ գործընկերությունը կլինի առնվազն 99 տարով։
Ավելի ուշ և Փաշինյանը, և արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը պնդում էին, թե 99 տարվա վերաբերյալ ֆիքսված պայմանավորվածություն չկա։ Երեկ արդեն Երևանում կայացած համաժողովում Փաշինյանը հաստատել է, որ կա ֆիքսված պայմանավորվածություն, 3 ամիս անց նշելով, որ Երևանն ու Վաշինգտոնը քննարկում են «Թրամփի ուղու» կառուցման իրավունքի 2 սցենար՝ 99 և 49 տարի տևողությամբ։
Ըստ Փաշինյանի՝ դիտարկվող ժամկետները ներդրումներ ներգրավելու համար են, բայց թե որ տարբերակը նախընտրելի է հայկական կողմի համար, Փաշինյանն իր ելույթում չի բացահայտել։ «Ներդրողը պետք է ունենա որոշակի երաշխիքներ, որ իր ներդրումները հետ է ստանալու շահույթի որոշակի մարժայով։ Եթե մենք, օրինակ, ասենք, որ 5 տարով ենք տալիս այդ հողը, ոչ մեկը ներդրում չի անի, որովհետև անիրատեսական է 5 տարում այդքան ներդրված գումարը հետ ստանալ»,– արդարացել է Փաշինյանը։
Բնականաբար, կարճ ժամանակ հետո հենց ինքն է խոստովանելու կրկին, որ կանգ են առել հենց 99 տարվա պայմանավորվածության վրա։ Իսկ Միացյալ Նահանգներն ավելի պակաս ժամկետով բոլորովին էլ չի համաձայնվելու, և տարածաշրջանում ներգրավելու իր ծրագրերը շատ ավելի երկարաժամկետ են։ Հատկապես որ ռեալ հնարավորություն է ստեղծվել Ռուսաստանին տարածաշրջանից դուրս մղելու և փոխարենը Արևմուտքի ներգրավվածությունը առաջին անգամ Հարավային Կովկասում ապահովելու համար։
