Հայաստանում ամերիկյան կապիտալով դուրս են մղում Ռուսաստանին

Firebird ընկերությունը հունիսին հայտնել էր, որ Հայաստանում կկառուցվի 500 մլն դոլար արժողությամբ AI տվյալների կենտրոն՝ արհեստական բանականության ամպային հարթակ ստեղծելու համար։ Ծրագիրն իրականացվում է ՀՀ կառավարության և NVIDIA-ի հետ համագործակցաբար։ Նշվում է, որ կտեղակայվեն հազարավոր NVIDIA Blackwell GPU-ներ, կձևավորվի ավելի քան 100 մեգավատտ հզորությամբ ենթակառուցվածք, որի գործարկումը նախատեսվում է 2026 թվականին։
Bloomberg-ի գնահատմամբ, Հայաստանի հետ գործարքը կամրապնդի ԱՄՆ հետաքրքրությունը Կովկասում՝ ռազմավարական առումով կարևոր տարածաշրջանում, որտեղ տասնամյակներ շարունակ գերիշխում էր Ռուսաստանը։ Օրերս Վաշինգտոնը որոշում կայացրեց՝ հաստատել NVIDIA չիպերի արտահանումը հայկական Firebird սուպերհամակարգչային ստարտափի համար։ Պարբերականը նշում է, որ սա ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի վարչակազմի «չիպային դիվանագիտության» մի մասն է․ ԱՄՆ-ն ընդլայնում է իր ազդեցությունը՝ բացելով առաջադեմ արհեստական բանականության տեխնոլոգիաների հասանելիությունը։
Ի սկզբանե ակնհայտ էր, որ այդ գործարքը չի կարող տեղի ունենալ առանց Վաշինգտոնի թույլտվության, ավելին՝ դա հենց Դոնալդ Թրամփի և նրա վարչակազմի պրոյեկտն է, որը առաջին հերթին քաղաքական է։ Ընդ որում, սա ավելի շատ է ցույց տալիս Միացյալ Նահանգների՝ Հարավային Կովկասում տեղավորվելու լրջությունը, քան նույնիսկ այսպես կոչված «Թրամփի ուղին» կամ այլ նախագծեր, որոնք հայտնի չեն դեռևս՝ կաշխատե՞ն, թե՞ չեն աշխատի։ Եթե TRIPP նախագիծը կարող է կոնսորցիում ստեղծվել, որին նույնիսկ ռուսական կողմը մաս կազմի, ապա տվյալների կենտրոնի ստեղծումը մաքուր ամերիկյան նախագիծ է։
Բայց այստեղ մի էական հանգամանք գոյություն ունի։ Այսպիսի տվյալների կենտրոնի համար հսկայական էներգիա է անհրաժեշտ, առանձին էներգետիկ գիծ, որը պետք է ապահովի այդ տվյալների կենտրոնների համար անհրաժեշտ էլեկտրականությունը։ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները տևական ժամանակ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ բանակցում են փոքր մոդուլային ռեակտոր Հայաստան բերելու հարցը։
Ըստ էության, այդ ռեակտորը Հայաստանում լինելու է ավտոնոմ և ծառայելու է բացառապես տվյալների կենտրոնին, այլ ոչ թե հենց Հայաստանի էներգետիկ անվտանգությանը։ Ուստի ամերիկյան կողմն առաջին հերթին մտածում է սեփական տվյալների կենտրոնների վերաբերյալ, և ատոմային ռեակտորը դրա կարևորագույն ուղղություններից մեկն է։ Այս նախագծով Միացյալ Նահանգներն իր ոտքը պնդացնում է Հայաստանում, որից հետո արդեն ավելի հեշտ կլինի Ռուսաստանին տարածաշրջանից դուրս մղելը։
