«Հումանիտար օգնություն»՝ Ալիևից Փաշինյանին

Օրերս հայ փորձագետների այցը Բաքու, ավելի վաղ էլ ադրբեջանցի փորձագետների այցը Երևան և քննարկված հարցերն ու տարածած նարատիվները պետք է դիտարկել ոչ թե արտաքին քաղաքական կամ հայ-ադրբեջանական կարգավորման դաշտում, այլ ավելի շուտ՝ հայաստանյան ներքաղաքական իրողությունների շրջանակում։ Փաստացի՝ Ադրբեջանը, նման այցեր կազմակերպելով, արված հայտարարություններով ընդամենը աջակցություն է հայտնում Փաշինյանի խաղաղության օրակարգին՝ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ։
Բաքվում 2 օր անցկացրած փորձագետները, որոնք ավելի շատ իշխանության ու իշխանամերձ կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներ են, այդ թվում՝ այսպես կոչված «Ֆեյքերի ՊՈԱԿ»-ի աշխատակիցներ, հայտարարել են, թե Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հաջիևի հետ հանդիպմանը բարձրացրել են նաև Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ գերիների հարցը։ Գերիներին տեսնելու ցանկությունը Բաքուն, իհարկե, մերժել է, բայց և ինչ-որ թեթև հուսադրող հայտարարություններ են արել։ Ըստ երևույթին՝ արդեն նախընտրական շրջանից առաջ Բաքուն ազատ կարձակի մի քանի հայ ռազմագերիների, որպեսզի դա ևս Փաշինյանն օգտագործի իր քարոզչության համար։
Իհարկե, Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունից ներկայացուցիչներ չեն լինելու։ Մյուս կարևոր, ուշագրավ հանգամանքը Հիքմեթ Հաջիևի ուղերձն է, որը հայկական պատվիրակությունը մեծ ուրախությամբ ներկայացրեց Հայաստանում։ Ըստ Արեգ Քոչինյանի՝ Հաջիևը մի քանի ուղերձ է խնդրել փոխանցել Հայաստանի հասարակությանը․ «Առաջինն այն է, որ պատերազմը ավարտվել է․ Ադրբեջանի համար այլևս պատերազմ չկա, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական կոնֆլիկտն իրենց համար ավարտված է, իրենք ցանկանում են Հայաստանի հետ համապարփակ ու երկարաժամկետ խաղաղություն կառուցել և որ Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանի նկատմամբ որևէ տարածքային պահանջ չունի»։
Ըստ էության՝ եթե Ադրբեջանը հանկարծ կրակոց արձակի սահմանին, Փաշինյանի ամբողջ քարոզչական փուչիկը փլուզվելու է։ Բաքվում հրաշալի հասկանում են այս հանգամանքը, և իրենք էլ խաղում են Փաշինյանի խաղը, որպեսզի կարողանան ապահովել վերջինիս վերարտադրությունը 2026 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում։
Ցանկացած այլ կուսակցության իշխանության գալու պարագայում Ադրբեջանի համար խնդիրները բարդանալու են, իսկ ռազմական էսկալացիան կարող է անխուսափելի դառնալ։ Ու Բաքուն ցանկանում է հնարավոր ամեն ինչ կորզել Հայաստանի իշխանություններից՝ դրա համար առանձնակի ջանքեր չգործադրելով, միջազգային ասպարեզում էլ խնդիրների չբախվելով։ Ուստի այն, ինչ արվում է Ալիևի կողմից, կարելի է դիտարկել որպես «հումանիտար օգնություն» Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։
