Պոպուլիզմ՝ երկրի մարտունակության հաշվին

Զինվորական պարտադիր ծառայության ժամկետը 2-ից 1․5 տարի դարձնելով՝ իշխանությունը ցանկանում է շահել ընտրողների ձայները։ Դա այնքան պարզ է, որ իշխանության բոլոր հակափաստարկներն ու հակաճառումները լուրջ դիտարկվել չեն կարող։ Ընդ որում՝ նախագիծը «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» մտադիր է ընդունել հրատապ՝ 24-ժամյա ռեժիմով։ Երեկ ԱԺ Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովը քննարկել է նախագիծը, և քննարկմանը մասնակցել է նաև պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը։
Բավական բուռն քննարկումներից հետո հանձնաժողովը նախագիծն ընդունել է հրատապ կարգով, ընդ որում ընդդիմությունը որևէ կերպ չի մասնակցել քվեարկությանը։ Թե՛ ընդդիմադիր գործիչները, և թե՛ վերլուծաբանները վստահ են, որ այս «անհետաձգելի փոփոխությունը» նախընտրական քայլ է, որպեսզի նորակոչիկների ընտանիքներին համոզեն իրենց ձայնը տալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմին։ Մինչ իշխանությունը պնդում է, թե նախաձեռնությունը նախընտրական չէ, ակնհայտորեն հայկական բանակի մարտունակության ու պաշտպանունակությանը վնասող այս նախաձեռնությունը ընդամենը միտված է մեկ բանի՝ հանրության որոշակի սեգմենտի ձայներն ապահովել Փաշինյանի համար։
Արդեն հունվարի 7-ին մեկնարկող զորակոչին բոլոր զորակոչիկները կծառայեն 1․5 տարի։ Ընդ որում՝ իշխանական կուլիսներում տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ ընտրություններից առաջ էլ, արդեն ապրիլ-մայիս ամիսներին, իշխանությունը մեկ այլ նախագիծ է ներկայացնելու՝ ծառայության ժամկետը դարձնելով 1 տարի։ Բնական է, որ ցանկացած հայ մայր էլ ուզում է, որ իր որդին հնարավորինս քիչ ծառայի հայկական բանակում, բայց և արդյոք տեղի կտան իշխանության այս վտանգավոր ձեռնարկին, պարզ կլինի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանակ։
