Թուրքիան ակտիվանում է Հարավային Կովկասում

Թուրքիայի Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստում, որը նախագահել է Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը, քննարկվել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության գործընթացը։ Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության գործընթացում վերջին դրական զարգացումները, քննարկվել են երկկողմ և տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության հնարավորությունները։ Կրկին ընդգծվել են Թուրքիայի ջանքերը, որոնք ուղղված են Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղության և կայունության ամրապնդմանը, ինչպես նաև Անկարայի ներդրումը տարածաշրջանի զարգացման գործում։
44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Թուրքիան բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրեց՝ հարավկովկասյան տարածաշրջանում ամրապնդվելու համար։ Անկարային թվում էր, թե Բաքվին օգնելով՝ կկարողանա իր վերահսկողությունը տարածել ողջ տարածաշրջանի վրա, առավել ևս, որ ՀՀ գործող իշխանություններն էլ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, կարծես դեմ չեն Ռուսաստանին դուրս մղելուն։ Բայց թուրքական փորձագիտական շրջանակները որոշակի դժգոհություն ունեին Ադրբեջանից և, անձամբ, Իլհամ Ալիևից, ով չէր ցանկանում դառնալ Էրդողանի մարիոնետը։ Այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» կամ «Թրամփի ուղու» (ինչպես էլ անվանենք՝ էություն չի փոխվում) բացման դեպքում կրկին մեծ «կտորը» բաժին է հասնելու Ադրբեջանին, որը աջակցություն է գտել նաև ԱՄՆ մերձավոր դաշնակցից՝ Իսրայելից։
Անկարան այժմ շտապում է, հակառակ դեպքում շատ բան է կորցնելու, ինքն է հայտնվելու «կախյալի» կարգավիճակում։ Մյուս կողմից՝ դեռևս չեն շտապում ՀՀ-ի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու հարցում։ Ըստ վերլուծաբանների՝ Անկարան էլ, Բաքվի պես, Փաշինյանին ծպտյալ աջակցող հայտարարություններ է անելու, անընդհատ խոսելու է կարգավորումից, բայց պայմանավորվածությունները դեռ որոշ ժամանակ չի կատարելու։ Անկարան նաև նախապայմաններ ունի Հայաստանի նկատմամբ և ակնկալում է դրանց լիակատար բավարարումը տեսնել։ Այս զարգացումները լիովին ձեռք են տալիս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ Մի կողմից՝ թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմը ոչ թե խանգարում, այլ օգնում է նրա «խաղաղության օրակարգին»՝ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ խնդիրներ չհարուցելով, մյուս կողմից՝ հարցը օդում կախելով՝ անընդհատ ահաբեկելու է հայ հանրությանը։
