Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները դեռևս չեն կողմնորոշվում, թե ինչ անել նոր Սահմանադրության հետ։
Հիշեցնենք՝ օրեր առաջ Մարզահամերգային համալիրում տեղի ունեցած Հայաստանի պետական մարմինների ներկայացուցիչների առաջին համաժողովում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, թե կարևոր է, որ նոր Սահմանադրության ընդունման հանրաքվեն տեղի ունենա 2026 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո․ «Դա հնարավորություն է, որ բոլոր ուժերը Սահմանադրության օրակարգի հետ կապված իրենց ասելիքն ու մոտեցումները նախ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների քարոզարշավում կիսեն ժողովրդի հետ, իսկ արդեն ընտրությունների արդյունքում ժողովրդի վստահության քվեն ստացած քաղաքական մեծամասնության դիրքորոշումը վճռական կլինի Սահմանադրության վերջնական նախագծի ձևավորման գործում», -ասել էր Փաշինյանը։
Բայց և փաստն այն է, որ գործող իշխանությունները տենդագին պատրաստում են նոր Սահմանադրության տեքստը ներկայացնելուն։ Երեկ Արդարադատության նախարար Սրբուհի Գալյանի գլխավորությամբ տեղի է ունեցել Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների խորհրդի հերթական նիստը։ Խորհրդի անդամները քննարկել են Դատախազության և քննչական մարմինների վերաբերյալ կարգավորումները։ «Ես ուզում եմ կրկնել այն հանձնառությունը, որ Արդարադատության նախարարությունն է ստանձնել, և դա վերաբերում է տեքստի մշակմանը և դրա ժամկետներին։ Մասնավորապես, հանձնառությունը ենթադրում է, որ Սահմանադրության նոր տեքստը պետք է պատրաստ լինի մարտ ամսին։ Քննարկելու ենք դատախազության և քննչական մարմիններին առնչվող դրույթները», - նշել է նախարար Սրբուհի Գալյանը։
Թե ինչու է իշխանությունը որոշել նման արագացում հաղորդել սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին, դեռ հայտնի չէ։ Ըստ ամենայնի, չի բացառվում, որ գործող իշխանությունները որոշեն վերջին պահին սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները ներկայացնել հենց խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հետ միաժամանակ և հանրաքվե անցկացնել։
Առայժմ հստակ որոշում, ըստ մեր աղբյուրի, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չունի, և քննարկումները շարունակվում են այս ուղղությամբ, մյուս կողմից էլ Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների խորհրդին հանձնարարվել է տենդագին աշխատել նոր տեքստի ուղղությամբ։
