Հայաստանի նախկին վարչապետ Հրանտ Բագրատյանի կարծիքով՝ ընդդիմությունը պետք է քաղբանտարկյալների դատերի ժամանակ հավաքներ կազմակերպելու պարտավորություն ստանձնի։
Բագրատյանի խոսքով՝ մենք պարտական ենք քաղբանտարկյալներին, որովհետև իշխանությունները նրանց դատելով են զբաղված ու դավաճանական գործեր անելու ավելի քիչ ժամանակ ունեն։
«ՔՊ-ն ասում է՝ Տիգրանաշենը պետք է տանք, երբ սահմանազատում դեռ չի էլ եղել։
1988 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին ստորագրված թուղթ կա, որ «Քյարքի անկլավ» գոյություն չունի։ Չկա թուղթ, որով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն այդ 14 քկմ-ը տվել է Ադրբեջանին։ Ուղղակի ադրբեջանցիները եկել են ապրել այդտեղ։ Նույնը նաև Սոֆուլու և Բարխուդարլու գյուղերը։ Բայց նույն փաստաթղթով Արծվաշենը մերն է։
Տիգրանաշենն Ադրբեջանին տալով՝ երկիրը կտրվում է իր հարավից»,-ահազանգում է Բագրատյանը։
Նա այլ փաստեր էլ է բերում. 2026-ի բյուջեն հաստատվել է՝ 3 տրիլիոն 628 միլիարդ դրամ ծախս, 3 տրիլիոն 91 միլիարդ՝ եկամուտ։ Տնտեսական աճը 5-8,5 տոկոս է, 3 տոկոս՝ գնաճը, այդ պատճառով էլ բյուջեն աճում է։ Բայց այս տարբերությունը երկար չի տևելու։
Բանակի ծախսը 660 միլիարդից իջեցրել են 550 միլիարդ դրամի։ Բանակի ֆինանսավորումը միանգամից 25 տոկոսով պակասեցվել է։ Այս համատեքստում Ադրնեջանի հետ խաղաղություն չի կարող լինել։
Միջազգային երաշխավոր է պետք, եթե այդ երաշխավորը չկա, ուժերի անհավասարության պայմաններում Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղություն չի լինելու. վստահեցնում է ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետը։
Բագրատյանը ոչ հռետորական հարց է տալիս՝ Երևանում ինչո՞ւ են այսքան բնակելի շենքեր կառուցվում։ Ամեն տարի 80-110 հազար մարդ գյուղերից տեղափոխվում է Երևան։ Գյուղաբնակներին բերում քաղաքներում են բնակեցնում, որ գյուղերն ադրբեջանցիների՞ն տան։
Նա պնդում է՝ ընդդիմադիր ուժերը պետք է միավորվեն, կուռ բևեռ ստեղծեն, միասնական թեկնածու ունենան, ոչ թե ընտրություններին առանձին-առանձին 2-3 տոկոս ձայներ հավաքեն, ու ՔՊ-ն նորից հայտարարի, որ իրենք հաղթել են։
