Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն հայտնել է, թե ադրբեջանական Գաբալա քաղաքում նոյեմբերի 28-ին կայացել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովների 12-րդ հանդիպումը։ Փոխվարչապետներ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի և Շահին Մուստաֆաևի նախագահությամբ հանդիպմանը կողմերը քննարկել են սահմանազատման միջոցառումների հետ կապված կազմակերպչական և տեխնիկական հարցեր:
Նրանք նշել են նախորդ՝ հունվարի 16-ին կայացած հանդիպման արդյունքներով ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունը պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման համալիր աշխատանքները հյուսիսային հատվածից՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, Ադրբեջանի և Վրաստանի սահմանների հատման կետից և այնուհետև հարավային ուղղությամբ՝ հյուսիսից հարավ մինչև Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանն Իրանի Հանրապետության հետ սկսելու վերաբերյալ:
Քննարկվել են նաև սահմանազատման աշխատանքների իրականացման կարգի վերաբերյալ համապատասխան ուղեցույցների նախագծերը: Գրիգորյանը և Մուստաֆաևն առանձին մտքեր են փոխանակել փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցերի շուրջ, պայմանավորվել են աշխատանքային կարգով համաձայնեցնել հաջորդ հանդիպման անցկացման ամսաթիվը Հայաստանի քաղաքներից մեկում: Միևնույն ժամանակ, մինչ կողմերը բուռն աշխատանքի իմիտացիայով են զբաղված՝ սպասարկելով Փաշինյանի քարոզչական նարատիվները ու նոր դիվիդենտներ փոխանցելով Ալիևին, Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է առաջ մղել, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» խոսույթը՝ բոլորովին ուշադրություն չդարձնելով հայկական կողմի մեղմիկ դժգոհություններին։
Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը Եվրամիության ներկայացուցիչների հետ այսօր Բրյուսելում քննարկել է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» թեման։ Այս մասին Հաջիևը գրել է X-ի իր օգտահաշվում՝ նշելով, որ հանդիպել է ԵՄ քաղաքականության և անվտանգության կոմիտեի անդամների հետ։
«Կոմիտեին տեղեկացրել եմ Ադրբեջանի կողմից տարածաշրջանում առաջ մղվող խաղաղության օրակարգի, Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի զարգացման, նաև վստահության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված ջանքերի մասին», - գրել է Իլհամ Ալիևի օգնականը։ Ըստ էության, պաշտոնական Բաքուն որևէ կերպ չի փոխում իր հռետորաբանությունը, համառորեն առաջ է գնում, իսկ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը վաղուց վերածվել է Ադրբեջանի խամաճիկի։
