ԵԱՀԿ-ն ավարտել է Մինսկի գործընթացը

ԵԱՀԿ-ն փակել է Մինսկի գործընթացը և դրա հետ կապված կառույցները։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք կազմակերպության հայտարարությունից։ «2025 թվականի նոյեմբերի 30-ին, ժամը 23:59-ին ԵԱՀԿ-ն ավարտել է Մինսկի գործընթացի և դրա հետ կապված կառույցների փակման գործընթացը՝ համաձայն նախարարների խորհրդի 2025 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ին ընդունված որոշման, որն ընդունվել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից ԵԱՀԿ Ֆինլանդիայի նախագահությանը ուղղված համատեղ դիմումից հետո»,– ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ։
Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման նպատակով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը ստեղծվել է 1992 թվականին, որի համանախագահներն են Ռուսաստանը, Ֆրանսիան և ԱՄՆ–ն։ Խումբն անգործության էր մատնվել 44-օրյա պատերազմի ողջ ընթացքում, իսկ արդեն 2022 թ. ապրիլին Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը հայտնել էր, որ Փարիզն ու Վաշինգտոնը հրաժարվել են խմբի շրջանակում Մոսկվայի հետ համագործակցությունից՝ հայտարարելով, որ իրենք չեն շփվի այդ ձևաչափով։
Ամիսներ առաջ Ադրբեջանը հայտարարեց, որ խաղաղության համաձայնագրի կարևոր պահանջներից մեկն էլ ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ լուծարումն է, Փաշինյանի իշխանությունն էլ մեղմիկ չեմուչում անելուց հետո համաձայնվեց, օգոստոսի 8-ին էլ Վաշինգտոնում կողմերը հաստատեցին, թե դիմել են ԵԱՀԿ-ին։ Որքան էլ Արցախի ու արցախցիների իրավունքներով զբաղվող կառույցները պնդում են, թե խմբի ցրումը վնասակար է, նամակներ հղում ՀՀ իշխանություններին, ԵԱՀԿ-ին, փաշինյանական իշխանությունն ամեն բան արեց՝ Ալիևի պահանջը կատարելու, Մինսկի խումբը պատմության խորխորատներն ուղարկելու համար։ Սա դավաճանության ևս մեկ դրվագ էր, իսկ նոր դրվագներն առջևում են։
