Ցանկացած երևույթի էությունը ճիշտ հասկանալու համար անհրաժեշտ է հստակեցնել այն բնութագրելու համար օգտագործվող եզրույթները: Տվյալ դեպքում խոսք անգամ չի կարող լինել ՀՀԿ և Դաշնակցության կուսակցական կառույցների միջև տեղի ունեցած բանակցությունների արդյունքում դասական միջկուսակցական դաշինք ստեղծելու վերաբերյալ ձեռք բերված համաձայնության մասին: Այժմ մենք ականատեսն ենք այն բանի, թե ինչպես է գործարք նախապատրաստվում ներկայումս ՀՀ բարձրագույն պաշտոնը վարող պարոն Սերժ Սարգսյանի (ով միաժամանակ զբաղեցնում է նաև ՀՀԿ նախագահի աթոռը) և Դաշնակցության կուսակցական վերնախավի միջև՝ գործադիր իշխանության համակարգում վերջինիս ներկայումս ՀՀԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչների կողմից զբաղեցվող մի շարք բարձր պաշտոններ տրամադրելու շուրջ:
Դատելով ամեն ինչից, ՀՀԿ ներսում այս հարցի շուրջ լուրջ ներկուսակցական բանավեճ-քննարկում չի էլ եղել:Չեմ ուզում խոսել մասնակիցների ակնկալիքների մասին, հույս ունենալով, որ պարոն Սերժ Սարգսյանը և Դաշնակցության ղեկավար կազմը իրենք հոդաբաշխ բացատրությունները կտան գործարքի կայացումից անմիջապես հետո: Շատ ավելի կարևոր եմ համարում այն, որ, գործարքի վերջնական կայացման պարագայում, Հայաստանի իշխանական համակարգում երկրորդ համարով հանդես կգա մի քաղաքական ուժ, որը կոշտ դիրքերից է հանդես գալիս հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների ողջ դաշտում: Փոքր-ինչ զավեշտալի է գուցե, բայց, ըստ էության, այնպես է ստացվելու, որ ահագնացող ռուս-թուրքական ռազմաքաղաքական ճգնաժամի պայմաններում Հայաստանում գործադիր իշխանության համակարգ է բերվում մի քաղաքական ուժ, որը հայտնի է իր անսքող հակաթրքականությամբ և ժամանակին նաև հենց այդ պահվածքի պատճառով ռուս-բոլշևկյան իշխանությունների և զինուժի ջանքերով է վտարվել սեփական երկրից:
Կարելի է անգամ ասել, որ ընթացիկ պատմական փուլում՝ ռուս-թուրքական սաստկացող դիմակայության պայմաններում Կրեմլը հայաստանյան որոշ իշխանական լծակների տիրապետող վստահելի դաշնակից կունենա Երևանում: Այդ դեպքում, եթե ինչ-որ մի պահի խնդիր դրվի , որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը պետք է առանց ավելորդ դիվանագիտական այլևայլությունների Թուրքիայի դեմ ուղղված ինչ-որ քայլերի դիմի, ապա թիվ երկրորդ ուժը կարող է նաև թիվ մեկը դառնալ: Չգիտեմ,թե գործարքի նախաձեռնողներն ու մասնակիցներն ինչ են մատածում այս մասին:
