Փաշինյանը Բաքվից նավթ ու բենզին է ուզում գնել

Ադրբեջանի նախագահի արտաքին քաղաքական հարցերով օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը Դոհայում ընթացող միջազգային ֆորումի ընթացքում հայտարարել է, թե Երևանն ու Բաքուն քննարկում են Ադրբեջանից Հայաստան նավթի ու նավթամթերքի արտահանման հարցը։ Ըստ Հաջիևի, ադրբեջանական Գաբալա քաղաքում են կողմերը նավթի արտահանման թեմային անդրադարձել։
«Վերջերս Հայաստանի փոխվարչապետն այցելեց Ադրբեջանի Գաբալայի շրջան։ Կրկին, սա աննախադեպ զարգացում էր։ Հայաստանի փոխվարչապետը պաշտոնական այցով ժամանեց Ադրբեջան, որտեղ քննարկեցին սահմանազատման գործընթացը։ Դրա հետ մեկտեղ նրանք քննարկեցին նաև երկու երկրների միջև փոխադարձ առևտրի որոշակի ոլորտներ։ Այժմ մեր կողմից քննարկվող ոլորտներից մեկը նավթի և նավթամթերքի արտահանումն է Ադրբեջանից Հայաստան։ Սա նույնպես աննախադեպ զարգացում է»,- նշել է Հաջիևը։
Հայաստանի փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը մեծ պատվիրակությամբ նոյեմբերի 28-ին Գաբալա էր այցելել՝ սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովների 12-րդ հանդիպմանը մասնակցելու։ Ո՛չ Երևանը, ո՛չ էլ Բաքուն, սակայն, հանդիպումից հետո չէին հայտնել, որ սահմանազատման գործընթացից զատ, քննարկել են նաև տնտեսական հարցեր։ Վաղուց ձևավորված ավանդույթ է, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներն իրենց վերաբերող տեղեկություններին ծանոթանում են ադրբեջանական կողմի հայտարարություններից, իսկ ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները թաքցնում են առանցքային նշանակության խնդիրները։
Նույնն էլ այս դեպքում է։ Փաշինյանն, իհարկե, բոլորովին դեմ չէ Բաքվի հետ տնտեսական կապեր հաստատել, նավթ ու բենզին գնել, բայց խնդիրն այն է, որ իշխանությունները հնարավոր բոլոր դեպքերում տեղեկություններ են թաքցնում «երեք միլիոն վարչապետներից»։ Եվ հենց սա է ամենամտահոգիչը, երբ գործարքներ են կնքվում ժողովրդի թիկունքում։
