IDBank-ը մասնակցել է Տնօրենների հայկական ինստիտուտի 10-րդ տարեդարձին նվիրված համաժողովին
VIDEOIDBank-ը մասնակցել է Տնօրենների հայկական ինստիտուտի (AIoD) 10-րդ տարեդարձին նվիրված բացառիկ համաժողովին՝ «Տնօրենների խորհուրդները Հայաստանում․ մարտահրավերներ և հնարավորություններ», որը միավորել էր տնօրենների խորհուրդների նախագահների, ղեկավարների, միջազգային փորձագետների և քաղաքականություն մշակողների։
AIoD-ի տասնամյա գործունեությունը կարևոր դեր է խաղացել Հայաստանում կորպորատիվ կառավարման մշակույթի զարգացման, պատասխանատու և հաշվետու կառավարման գործում։ IDBank-ը, լինելով AIoD-ի ակտիվ գործընկեր և որակյալ կառավարման առաջամարտիկ, կարևորում է նման հարթակների ստեղծումը, որտեղ ձևավորվում են երկրի ապագա ինստիտուցիոնալ և տնտեսական լուծումները։
Համաժողովի բացմանը խոսքով հանդես եկավ Ելենա Խաչվանքյանը՝ AIoD խորհրդի նախագահ և IDBank-ի խորհրդի անդամ, նա նաև ընդգծեց Բանկի և ինստիտուտի համագործակցության կարևորությունը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Բանկը վերջն տարիներին մեծ ջանքեր է ներդրել իր խորհրդի և՛ բազմազանությունը բարելավելու, և՛ կորպորատիվ կառավարման պրակտիկաները ուժեղացնելու գործում․ «Բանկը խորհրդի օրակարգում ներառում է այնպիսի հարցեր, որոնք կարևոր են ինչպես Բանկի երկարաժամկետ և կայուն զարգացման, այնպես էլ ռիսկերի կառավարման տեսանկյունից։ Ամուր կորպորատիվ կառավարումը նպաստում է վստահության ամրապնդմանը՝ կարգավորող մարմինների, հանրության, հաճախորդների և աշխատակիցների շրջանում, քանի որ խորհրդում պրոֆեսիոնալ անդամները կկարողանան բալանսավորել ռիսկերը և Բանկը առանց մեծ խոչընդոտների՝ հաշվի առնելով շահակիցների տարբերի խմբերի շահերը, կիրագործի ռազմավարությունը։ IDBank-ը նույնպես կիսում է այն արժեքը, որ տարածում է Տնօրենների հայկական ինստիտուտը»։
Միջոցառման ընթացքում պանելային քննարկման մասնակիցները կիսվում էին փորձով ու քննարկում, թե ինչպես կարող են տնօրենների խորհուրդներն ավելի մեծ ազդեցություն ունենալ կազմակերպությունների արդյունավետության, նորարարության և կայունության վրա։ Մասնակիցներն ընդգծեցին, որ ռազմավարական մտածողությունը, կառավարման բարձր պատասխանատվությունը և բարեվարքությունը երկարաժամկետ հաջողության առանցքային պայմաններն են։
Տնօրենների հայկական ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Արմենուհի Հովակիմյանն ընդգծեց ինստիտուտի առաքելությունն ու բանկերի և ֆինանսական կառույցների հետ բարենպաստ համագործակցության կարևորությունը․ «Ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունները գործ ունեն տարբեր մարդկանց ֆինանսների հետ, ինչը միշտ ռիսկային է, և որպեսզի ռիսկը զսպվի ու բաշխվի նաև կոլեգիալ որոշումներ կայացնելու ձևով, հետևաբար ֆինանսական համակարգն առաջինն է ներդրել և զարգացրել բավական լավ աշխատող խորհուրդները։ Այս միջոցառման շրջանակում մեզ միացավ նաև IDBank-ը, որ կորպորատիվ կառավարման մեծ ջատագովներից է»։
