ՔՊ-ական երեսպաշտություն՝ Մակունցի կատարմամբ

Այս տարվա հուլիսին Հայաստանի իշխանությունները և իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան մեղադրում էին Հայաստանի Ամերիկյան համալսարանին քաղաքականացված լինելու, նախկիններին համակրելու մեջ։ Սկանդալից որոշ ժամանակ անց համալսարանի ղեկավար մարմնի կազմում ընդգրկվել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավոր խորհրդական, ԱՄՆ-ում նախկին դեսպան Լիլիթ Մակունցը։
Վերջինս համալսարանի հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդում կզբաղեցնի անցած տարի կյանքից հեռացած Պոլիտեխնիկի նախկին ռեկտոր Յուրի Սարգսյանի տեղը։ Խորհուրդը 7 անդամ ունի, որոնցից 5-ին համալսարանն է առաջադրում, 2-ին՝ կառավարությունը։ Ընտրվելու համար ձայների առնվազն երկու երրորդն է պետք, այսինքն՝ Լիլիթ Մակունցը հավաքել է անհրաժեշտ ձայները։ Ըստ ամենայնի, վերջինիս ներկայացրել է կառավարությունը, Ամերիկյան համալսարանը նույնպես դեմ չի եղել՝ «շառից-փորձանքից» հեռու մնալու համար։ Մինչդեռ ընդամենը ամիսներ առաջ, հանրապետական նախկին պատգամավոր Սամվել Ֆարմանյանի գրառումից հետո, Ամերիկյան համալսարանը հայտնվել էր խիստ քննադատության թիրախում, և պահանջել էին նախկին պատգամավորի հետ պայմանագիրը խզել։
Եվ այժմ արդեն Փաշինյանի մերձավոր անձանցից մեկն է բավական բարձր պաշտոն զբաղեցնում Ամերիկյան համալսարանում։ Մակունցին համալսարանում նշանակել են վերահսկողություն իրականացնելու՝ ընտրություններից առաջ առանցքային ուսումնական հաստատություններից մեկում, ոչ թե ընդդիմադիր, այլ իշխանական քարոզ տանելու նպատակով։
Թեպետ գործող իշխանությունները 2018-ի իշխանափոխությունից հետո հայտարարում էին բուհերը չքաղաքականացնելու իրենց խոստման մասին, փաստն այն է, որ Ամերիկյան համալսարանը վերջին բուհն էր մնացել, որտեղ իշխանության թաթերը չէին հասել։ Մնացած բոլոր բուհերը ամբողջությամբ գտնվում են «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» վերահսկողության ներքո, իսկ շատ ընդդիմադիր գործիչներ ու դասախոսներ քննադատությունից հետո հանկարծ պարզում են, որ իրենց պարզապես դուրս են մղել դասավանդման գործընթացից։
